7. The MDS affiliation by the W.B. Health University is verified and found in order. However as per the terms and condition of the letter the Inspection fee has not been deposited till date.

8. There is no Mobile Dental Clinic and No separate Public Health Dentistry Department.

9. There Central Library was locked on both days. There is no staff in the library. The lock was opened by the teaching faculty for the inspection purpose. The is no e-library.

10. The videography was done by staff. But the soft copy was not given to us. It is been told that they will sent it directly.

11. Central Library: 707 Books in Possession + 194 ordered, Total Number of Journals-4, Indian Journals-nil, International Journals-4, Back Volumes-nil, Seating Capacity- The chairs were not arranged, Journal Room-nil, Computer / Internet Room-nil, Room for librarian-nil, Photocopying area-nil, staff available in the library- no staff present on both days.
