ForRent.com’s Interactive Media Center allows users to view Community Theater®, Photo Viewer, Virtual Tour, and Community Clip and have instant contact with the apartment community with ease.
User-friendly functions such as View Map, Print and email a friend are displayed in the media center. If the property has a Community Theater video, the property phone number appears as well.
Video controls such as volume, player size, play/pause and a play slider are displayed.
User-friendly “Floor Plan” interface.
The interactive apartment “Room Planner” allows apartment shoppers to arrange furniture and accessories in apartment floor plans before they move.
Property Contact Information, including address and toll-free nationwide LEADS™ tracking phone number.
“See Other Communities” link directs the user to additional properties managed by the same property management company.
Click to Call allows apartment shoppers to easily connect with a property with a click of a mouse. The request instantly connects the caller with the property. Save and Send enables prospects to save or send your apartment listing information electronically, keeping important information at their fingertips for easy access when they need it.
The Features & Amenities section offers clean and clear formatting. All packages display 12 bullet points.
A “View Map” icon is included in the “Location, Map and Office” section. If a customer has a map image loaded, it displays first. If the user clicks on the e-map link, the Microsoft Virtual Earth map will display.
Special optimized copy has been written to drive more targeted traffic to the property. To add search engine optimization, key content is pulled to create the most optimized text, such as property name, location and amenities.

HIGHLIGHTS
• Each listing receives a Username and Password, which provides access to the Management Console.
• The Management Console allows continual changes and updates to be made to your listings. It also lets you view the traffic and results your property is receiving on your LEADS™ Dashboard reports. Click on “Log In” under “Managers and Owners” on the ForRent.com homepage.
• For multiple listings within one company, a Group Username and Password is established. This enables all the properties to be viewed at one time and have access to a custom report.
• Once you sign onto the Management Console, your property listing will appear. Each tab takes you to a different section of your listing, allowing you to view and make changes as you wish. View your changes by clicking the “Preview Changes” tab.
