Demo day popular

Local farmer Joe Price was among the audience at Semco’s New Holland tractor and K-Line Speedtiller, demonstrated on Wednesday at Newbery, Tarlo.

THE timesaving K-Line Speedtiller was demonstrated behind New Holland’s T185Auto Command tractor last Wednesday on the Tarlo property of Goulburn’s newSemco sales manager John Walsh.

The day provided local primary producers with an opportunity to meet companyrepresentatives and learn about the features of the two machines including thetime and fuel saving benefits that translated to improved production efficiency.

Assisting with the demonstration were Rob Williams from K-Line and DavidGibson the Southern NSW business manager for New Holland based in Orange.

Those who were attended were particularly impressed at the speed with whichthe Speedtiller was used potentially slashing paddock preparation time forsowing.
