The introduction of the new Delta Studio brand will provide Delta customers with more content and entertainment offerings for an enhanced in-flight experience, making Delta the new leader in delivering personal entertainment selections. For more detailed information on the official launch of Delta Studio, see the DNN article and press release . Delta Studio entertainment offerings will be provided based on flight type and cabin seating via seat-back monitors, on-line streaming or overhead monitors. Details on content offered through on-line streaming are outlined further below. Free In-Flight Entertainment Offerings by Cabin Cabin Domestic Flights* International Flights BusinessElite/First Class All entertainment free All entertainment free Economy Comfort All entertainment free All entertainment free Economy Some entertainment free (HBO, Showtime, new movies and new TV shows available for purchase) All entertainment free *Domestic flights are defined as all flights within the contiguous 48 states. Flights to/from Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico will be considered as international for in-flight entertainment pricing purposes. Streaming Content All on-line streaming content will be provided using Gogo’s onboard Wi-Fi service which can be accessed via the Gogo In-Flight Portal page. Customers flying in First Class/BusinessElite and Economy Comfort cabins will also have unlimited access to free movies and TV options on their mobile devices using Gogo’s video player app or the Fly Delta app. Customers flying in Economy cabins will have access to select free content as well. Customers should follow the below steps to access their available free entertainment content (which does not require a Wi- Fi purchase): Click on the “WATCH NOW” tab within the Delta Studio banner on the Gogo In-Flight Portal page on your device Select an entertainment option (i.e. movie/game etc.) Options that are free will say “FREE” with the “WATCH NOW” tab. Options that are available for purchase will show the price with the “RENT NOW” tab. First Class/Business Elite and Economy Comfort customers will receive a banner notification with the option to watch available free content and should enter their First Name, Last Name and Seat Number when prompted. Once their information is verified, the price will then update to “FREE” and the button will read “WATCH NOW.” If customers experience any service interruption during their flight, please direct them to Gogo Customer Care by clicking on the GOGO LIVE HELP under the Menu options. On the ground, they can call (877) 350-0038 or e-mail [email protected]. Please submit any customer feedback via FACTS. Updated PAs mentioning the Delta Studio offerings can be found on the attached sheet and will also be effective Aug. 1.

Streaming Content

All on-line streaming content will be provided using Gogo’s onboard Wi-Fi service which can be accessed via the Gogo In-Flight Portal page. Customers flying in First Class/BusinessElite and Economy Comfort cabins will also have unlimited access to free movies and TV options on their mobile devices using Gogo’s video player app or the Fly Delta app. Customers flying in Economy cabins will have access to select free content as well. Customers should follow the below steps to access their available free entertainment content (which does not require a Wi-Fi purchase):

Click on the “WATCH NOW” tab within the Delta Studio banner on the Gogo In-Flight Portal page on your device

Select an entertainment option (i.e. movie/game etc.) Options that are free will say “FREE” with the “WATCH NOW” tab. Options that are available for purchase will show the price with the “RENT NOW” tab.

First Class/Business Elite and Economy Comfort customers will receive a banner notification with the option to watch available free content and should enter their First Name, Last Name and Seat Number when prompted. Once their information is verified, the price will then update to “FREE” and the button will read “WATCH NOW.”
