Walkthrough"SOC" is designed, engineered, andfinished to the highest standards by thepedigree Delta shipyard in Seattle, WA.

Her master stateroom and two guestsuites are below, and there is a fourthcabin on the main deck, forward, whichcan be used as an office, VIP stateroomor media room. She has ample crewcabins and lounge area to sleep 5 crewcomfortably, below and forward.

There is also a sky lounge, and enclosedaft deck cockpit, for more air-conditioned seating space.

Her owner began a refit in 2013, byadding new MTU engines (still underwarranty), custom hardtop, fresh paint,awning, and by updating engine roommachinery. He was not able tocomplete the refit, and although she isvery clean and neat on the inside, hernew owner will want to update. A/Vequipment will need to be updated,and some navigational electronics.

She is a fantastic platform to beginfrom, and mechanically, she is verysound. You cannot replace her today,at Delta, without quadrupling the cost.

Main DeckOn the main deck forward is the 4thstateroom, which can be used as an office,media room, or VIP cabin. The sofa in thecabin converts into a queen sized bed. Toport, there is also a writing desk withdrawers. There is also en-suite bath in thecabin.

There is also a day head on the maindeck, adjacent to the formal entryway.

The main salon has considerablestorage in buffets port and starboardand within the waist-high cabinetry aft,which separates the area from thesaloon seating.

The salon connects to a fully enclosedaft deck which is a comfortable "sun"room, and also fully air conditionedand/or heated. This room can easily beconverted to an outdoor room, withthe addition of sliding windows oneither side. The swim platform may beaccessed through a center door aft anddown double teak stairs.

The skylounge on the third deck is fullbeam with a fully equipped wet bar.

On the skylounge deck aft is a BBQ grilland storage to starboard. Upstairs inthe flybridge, three custom Stidd

command chairs are forward and built-in U-shaped seating is aft.
