The multi-award winning Co-Operative Group’s HQ at One Angel Square in Manchester is one of the most sustainable buildings in Europe and forms the centre piece of NOMA, an £800m mixed-use development scheme. Designed by 3D Reid and built by BAM Construction, the 15 storey building provides 325,000 sq ft of office space for over 3,500 employees. Delta Balustrades were not only chosen because of the quality or service they provide, but because they also matched the designer’s vision of sustainability for this £100m project. Appointed by BAM Construction in June 2011, Delta Balustrades was contracted to work on over twenty different areas of the site, with work being phased to increase efficiency of installation. sustainable buildings in Europe and

forms the centre piece of NOMA,

scheme. Designed by 3D Reid and built
