To deliver world class service to the guest in your restaurant you will need to start with the following:

Bring Your Smile

Iron Shirt & Pants

Wear Your Name Tag

Clean Logo Apron and Service Towel

Every guest IMPRESSED; not just satisfied.

To deliver world class service to the guest in your restaurant you will need to do the following:

Belt Where Required Socks and stockings are

Matching Bring: Pens/Order Pads,

Crumbers

Before you’re able to give patrons World Class Service, your tables also need to be clean before they sit down.

To make sure your tables are clean, you must do a “9 Point Station Check”:

1. Table Clean2. Sugar Caddies Full3. Ketchup, Salt & Pepper Full4. Plant & Chains free of dust5. Tiffanies Clean & lights on
