MCP GREETINGS
Hey AIESEC Indonesia! In just under 3 weeks, we will have our first be conference as “current” boards of AIESEC Indonesia. We will
put our belief and operation to the next level! In anticipation of the summit, and in order to make for a better experience, this
booklet explains some of the details.
Of course, we are being very graciously hosted in Surabaya by AIESEC LC Surabaya. Lia
Indri Hapsari (Lia), the OCP of National Functional Summit 2013 will also serve officially as
the liaison with LC Surabaya. Together with her team, she will give the best for the
conference. Say hi also to Ignatius Rieza (LCP Surabaya 12/13, MCVP oGCDP 13/14) as the
OC coach of the OC team and Ardian Widjaja/Nene Mulan (MCVP Entity
Development/MCVP Finance 13/14) as the conference managers.
I am very delighted as well to inform myself acting as Agenda Manager of the conference,
together with my National Board Leaders (MCVPs, Chair Internal Auditor, Chief of Internal
Auditor) and some “secret” external faci will give you the maximum trainings and sessions
as the last preparation to start your term!

OBJECTIVES OF THE SUMMIT!
The four main objective of the meeting are:
1. Equpiment of functional and individual skill development
2. Equipment of EB and MMB to make them ready to start their term (in motivation,skills,knowledge,and behaviour)
3. Completing Local transition through the clarity of ational standard and National Coordination with local level
4. Performance review of Q4
VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION
Given not everyone could attend in person and the importance of this summit, for commission time (functional time), we suggest
you to contact the MCVP related and ask if it’s possible for MCVP of LCVPs who attend, can prepare the internet-related logistics.
Don’t rely on the OC for the stability of your internet connection. For plenary session, we don’t design the conference to be in live-
stream. So we suggest you to try your best to come.

Opening Conference will be started (hopefully) on time (remember, I am the
agenda manager). We will get to know the entities in AIESEC Indonesia, you
can have roll dance if you want (manage your energy too because it’s fasting
month, and it will be still a long day to go),

Q4 Performance Review is basically reviewing LCs performance during the
final war. This session will boldly show the good case, bad case practice of the
LCs during Q4, why things were running that way, and what is the result out of
that condition. It will also give the prediction of how next quarterly review will
be held during MBC, NEC, and NSC.
Get to Know My Family is a very happy fun lovely session. Just wait.
Power of Learning is a session that intends to show you why Proactive
Learning has been considered as non-negotiable competency in AIESEC. How it
will also impact your whole experience in the end.
Testing Your Why is expected to be the session full of “Aha Moments” please

Morning Plenary Fun Team. Agenda Review. Happy Happy Start!
Do You Know What You’re Doing is giving you Aha moments whether you know exactly each of our programs inside ELD, whether
you know how each single operation is connected and referring to certain result, whether all of the things you do (program and
operation) impacting yourself and your team.
Functional Introduction & Expectation Setting Commission is the first meeting as current. Setting all fundamental things you have
to have in commission.
Functional Basic is simply commission time to get into detail about the role, process, and other fundamental training related to
your functional operation.
Functional Tools and myaiesec.net is a session that shows you the tools that each function currently use and how we use it
effectively.
Internal Audit is understandable from the name of the session. ☺
Functional Specific Trainings is understandable from the name of the session. ☺
Governance and Accountability is explaining how is the SOLA (accountability system of LCs) going to be, how it will be connected
with entity clustering. This session also explains XPP, compendium, and other national standards in a more detailed manner.

Objective of The Day : “Professional in The Making” – Practical Skill Development
Morning Plenary Fun Team. Agenda Review. Happy Happy Start!
The safety of Our Operation is to know the state of our safety in programs. It will
relate to the pricing, salary system, visa/legal, etc and also how we control them.
Specific Sales & Product Packaging is to let you know the practical knowledge about
how to be able to sell/offer products effectively to specific target and to prepare
product packaging, cold call, warm call, until making a meeting happens
Effective Sales Presentations/Meetings and Negotiation Power is a session that let
you know the practical knowledge about doing an interesting presentation and how
to be able to make every sales meeting counts and effective
Customer Maintenance and CRM is a session that let you understand to Develop
Tracking Tools for LC partners, CRM. During this session, finance and Mar/Com/PR
commission will have their own separate functional time to gather all information
for the whole day.
Mass Promotion & Personal Marketing (Campaign Management) is to let you know
the practical knowledge about how to do a successful and viral campaign that shoot
the right target, about ow to be able to sell/offer products effectively to mass
audience (market), how to promote the right brand to the market so that we can
attract the right people from a mass audience (big market). From preparing the
campaign, ensuring a campaign to be effective, attracting the right people, etc
Investigation and Interview Skill is a session that let you know the practical knowledge about how to recruit, to interview, and
select the right people and how to be able to identify potential of right individuals (human asset) through interview.
Customer Maintenance and Reintegration is a session that let you know how to maintain the quality of relationship between
LC and Eps before, during, and after exchange. During this session, finance and Mar/Com/PR commission will have their own
separate functional time to gather all information for the whole day.

DAY 4, Thursday – 19th
of July 2012 (Tracks: EB and MB+NST)
Objective of The Day : “Operational Expert in The Making”
Organizational Management is to know the development Block, National Focus,
Timeline of the year, National Campaign, National Product, and National Project, RnR.
In the end, you will have 60 minutes LC time to adjust all the yearly timeline based on
the condition of your LC.
Expanding Outreach is to let to explore the EwA stage and how LC can start and
making sure their activities is engagement more young people as their talent pool for
ELD programs or contrbute more on the operation in ELD programs (homestay
concept, internal internship, etc) and to know the importance of both program
expansion (SUs), and entity expansion.
Situational Leadership is a session that let you know the tendency of your leadership
style, knowing the SW of your leadership style, then knowing the main chars of ur
subsidiaries and lead them (or act) upon that to be able to lead effectively
Self Actualization and Self Leadership is a session that let you understand how to
ensure individual effectiveness and self productivity through commitment, self time
management, self tracking, and self-motivation. Also, to understand the Maslow
pyramids and to understand how can an individual lead themselves to gain the highest
level of self-leadership (and self-motivation). This is basically LEAD session for (new)
members
Synergy Collaboration is to let you know the contribution of each function towards
the organization goals and certain objective which is making us closer to AIESEC 2015.
making sure that both synergy concept is connected to each other and not separated.
This session is also to let you know the possible collaboration in a team, collaboration
with other entities in AIESEC Indonesia (LCs and MC), collaboration with other entities
in the global network, and collaboration with other youth organization in Indonesia.
