PAYMENT – Membership fees must be paid in full to receive privileges.

REFUSAL OF PRIVILEGE – Delcastle Golf Course has the right to refuse golf course or other privileges to anyone who is deemed to be in violation of this agreement and/or the course’s rules.

TEE TIMES – Tee times may be obtained up to 10 days in advance via the Internet, over the phone, or in person at the Golf Shop. Those reserving tee times are responsible for checking-in with the number of players booked. Please extend the courtesy of calling in advance to cancel your tee time or to report a lower number of players. Members who short show or no show regularly are subject to no show charges and/or the loss of advance booking privileges. It is the Member’s responsibility to check-in with the Golf Shop prior to accessing the course.

CART AGREEMENT - I hereby agree to pay for any damages that are sustained to the golf cart I am renting, while in my possession, and assume all risk of operating the cart. I represent that I am familiar with the operation and use of said golf cart, that I can operate and control same, and will follow all cart operation rules. I promise and further agree to indemnify and hold lessor, its assignee and the golf course free and harmless from any damage or claims of any nature whatsoever that may arise from or through the use of said cart.

MEMBER PRIVILEGES – The Member’s course privileges include golf during membership privilege hours. Additional privileges include 10 day advance tee times, 10% off merchandise (excluding sale and special order), 10% off non-packaged food, DSGA Handicap, discounted rate for special events and range balls. All privileges are subject to change and expire 365 days from date of purchase.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY – Each participating course will not be liable for any lost profits or for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or other special damages suffered by the member or his/her guests arising out of or related to this Agreement even if the participating course has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the total cumulative liability of the participating course in connection with the Agreement from all causes of action of any kind (including tort, contract negligence, strict liability, breach warranty and fundamental breach) exceed the total amount of membership fees paid by the member under this Agreement.
