Discover the Trail The Delaware History Trail will guide you

through the historical crossroads of our great

nation. From the meeting place of the Leni

Lenape Indians to the site where Delaware

was the first to ratify the U.S. Constitution, you will experience a celebration of historic

     architecture, beautiful estates and one-of-a-

kind museums. As you travel back in time,

you will become acquainted with Delaware’s

     early settlers, influential patriots and

pioneers who fought for the ideals of our

nation, and the creative minds driving the

     Industrial Revolution.

Within the boundaries of our state, your

quest along the Delaware History Trail will allow you to explore centuries worth of

history while driving from gorgeous country

sides to award-winning beaches. We invite

you to rediscover the path Delaware has

taken during the most significant historic

moments of our state and nation.

     Welcome to

     the DelawareHistory Trail!
