Now I am working as a com- mercial analyst/sales controller at a section of the Bayer group in Leverkusen. The proficiency of English language can be proven using, for example a TOEFL-test with at least 575 points (paper-based), 232 (computer-based) or 91 (internet-based). Alternatively, a minimum score of 6.5 is necessary for the IELTS-exam. An internship and/or work experience is not required.

The course combines a broad and comprehensive education in business administration with information technology. A focus is set on modern business enterprise tools such as SAP and e-commerce. Students from more than 60 countries, taught by international lecturers, already learn the characteristics of intercultural cooperation during their studies.

The right thing for me? What are the admission requirements?

The standard period of study is seven semesters. The study course offers a solid basic education in the two core areas of business and IT. In the area of »Business Administration«, stu-dents acquire comprehensive knowledge of business admi-nistration, financial accounting, business mathematics, eco-nomics, marketing, entrepreneurship and innovation, and logistics. The second core area »Information Technology« includes modules such as enterprise resource planning, busi-ness analytics, information management systems, databa-ses and e-business. Moreover, students acquire a profound knowledge of business English as well as soft skills relevant for their professional career. A selection of business and IT electi-ves addresses the latest needs of the global labour market in the field.

The multicultural learning environment hones the ability to interact appropriately and successfully with individuals from different cultural groups.

All lectures are exclusively taught in English. This allows stu-dents to improve their language level to international stan-dards and later communicate successfully in companies around the world without difficulties.

A team of international professors and lecturers teach in cooperation with the Swiss German University (SGU) in Jakarta. Students have the opportunity to obtain a double degree at the SGU in Indonesia.

Furthermore, a cooperation with the New York Institute of Technology (locations Manhattan and Long Island) offers the opportunity to take summer courses or a semester abroad at the school of management.
