• Class contact time is not always the same as number of units ( i.e. a 2 unit class may have 6 hours of contact time)

Some Reasons for 110 Minutes Final Exam

Final exams start on the hour

One additional exam moduleUsing two hour time slots may require earlier start time (Fresno: 6:15 am) or more restrictive class modules or final exams that are not on the same day as class meeting time, etc.
