Organization of the future will be defined by the following sources of inspiration.
(1) Organic Life (2) Agility(3) Democracy(4) Faith(5) innovation
ORGANIC LIFE Organizations' "culture" is defined by a hunger
for change and it has mastered the ability to quickly embrace change.
Organizations must adopt More variety and more experimentation in there Business.
AGILITY Agility is also a big factor, companies that can
tailor their product or service offering to exactly what their client/industry needs and being able to make fast decisions about changes and new opportunities in the market are likely to succeed
DEMOCRACY There will be a different kind of activism and
leaders may be held accountable by the ones they "govern". There is the right to dissent, may be even the obligation
FAITH
• Clear Mission of organization will be key driver for survival of organization.
• Organization must have a realistic commitment to achieve its Mission objective, and this commitment must be incorporated into it's offerings and operations.
• Organizations performing activities which is not aligned with there mission will not be able to survive.
INNOVATION lots of street corners allows for serendipity, we
bump into each other. Organizing for such serendipity when there is variety becomes a source of innovation/creativity.
