Skills

• Understanding positive and negative aspects of native country

and of its role in world affairs.

• Knowledge of the people and culture of host country, and

understanding country’s role in world affairs.

• Interest in learning about other peoples and cultures; ability to

accept and to appreciate their differences.

• Interpersonal skills: Ability to understand and be understood

by others; skill at interacting socially (speaking, listening, and

observation skills); willingness to accept and share with others.

• Team Work: Ability to work together with a group of people for

a common goal. Capacity to compromise for a team goal.

outcome” or the “product” of

AIESEC…change agents.

But how do we actually create those

change agents? What is the experience

we create?

•How did AIESEC experience change/improve that person in the story?

• How will that person contribute to the society?

• Can we really make such an impact on the individual. What do you think?

• Share real stories that you know about trainees, members who have gone through AIESEC exchange and who are doing a positive contribution to the society now.
