6 Innovation As we strive to offer the world’s leading technology, R&D is a major focus for SecureOne. The most recent innovations and new products include: Heavy Duty Housing The UVIScan® Heavy Duty Housing has been specially developed for extreme conditions. The cover has a very strong construction which can withstand minimal 50.000N loading, placed on the most severe location of the cover. Therefore it is no longer an issue when the driver moves, per accident, wrong over the scanner, with the wheels on the middle section of the system. The Heavy Duty Housing can withstand such loading without any problems. UVIScan® Heavy Duty Housing with Guiding Rails Driver Face Capture The UVIScan® Driver Face Capture (DFC) system is a system that will provide an image of the driver of the vehicle. The system is placed at the entrance of your location, at a place where the vehicle will stand still for instance for presenting a badge or for the use of the intercom system. The image of the driver will be displayed in the UVIScan user interface. The system can also be used to provide streaming video. UVIScan® Driver Face Capture (DFC) Magnet Detection System The UVIScan® Under Vehicle Magnetic Detection System (MDS) comprises a linear array of magnetic field sensors, built into a vehicle ramp. Each sensor is capable of detecting magnetic fields, and is connected to the UVIScan® Processing Unit (CPU) with special analysis software.
