1. TAX ANTICIPATION NOTE FOR 2011-2011 SCHOOL YEAR

Recommend that the Board of Education approve the following Resolution:

RESOLVED, that the Board of Education approve the attached Tax Anticipation Note for the Deer Park Union Free School District, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Tax Anticipation Note shall not exceed $18,000,000 for the 2010-2011 school year. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Note will be in anticipation of the receipt of receipt of taxes to be levied for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2010 and ending June 30, 2011 and said document is to be executed by the President of the Board of Education and the District Clerk.
