• Strict tolerances (typical values)– Relative positions of flange face centers
• ΔX / ΔY / ΔZ : ± 50 – 100 mm– Relative attitudes of flange face centers
• ΔRx / ΔRy / ΔRz : ± 0.5 – 1.0°
