DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION, made and executed in the City of Pasay, Philippines, by DAMI PERA of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and with residence and postal address at 1000 Zamora Street, Pasay City hereinafter called the DONOR

-       IN FAVOR OF   -

WALA PERA, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and with residence and postal address at 2000 Asuncion Street, Brgy. Valenzuela, Makati City, hereinafter called the DONEE

-       WITNESSETH    -

            That the DONOR is the owner of that certain real property with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in 555 Santillan Street, Pio del Pilar, Makati and more particularly described in Transfer Certificate of Title No. 123456 of the land registry of Makati City as follows:

            That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONOR has for the DONEE, the said DONOR, by these presents, transfers and conveys, by way of donation, unto said DONEE, her heirs and assigns, the above described real property with all the buildingsand improvements thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances;

            That the DONOR does hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect to thisdonation, that he has reserved for himself in full ownership sufficient property to support him in a manner appropriate to his needs;

            That the DONEE does hereby accept this donation of the above-described property, and does hereby express gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the DONOR.           

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DONOR and the DONEE have signed this deed on 7 July 2013 at Pasay City, Philippines.

DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That the DONEE is a cousin of the DONOR, who has lovingly dedicated five (5) years of his

life as the latter's personal caregiver and companion;

That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the DONEE'S trust, devotion and affection shown to

the DONOR, and as an act of gratitude and liberality on his part, the DONOR hereby

voluntarily GIVES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS by way of donation, unto the said DONEE, his

heirs and assigns, the above described property, together with all the improvements found

thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances;

That the DONOR affirms that this donation is not made with intent to deceive his creditors,

and that he has reserved for himself sufficient funds and property;

That the DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation made in his favor by the

DONOR, and hereby manifests his gratefulness for the latter's generosity.
