VLegazpi CityDEED OF DONATIONKNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This DEED OF DONATION, executed by and between:The TESDA Regional Office No. V, Legazpi City, a government entity, with principal office address at Rawis, Legazpi City, represented herein by its Regional Director CONRADO G. BARES, hereinafter called the DONOR.

and - The TESDA-PTC,Malilipot, Albay, a government entity with office address at Basud, Malilipot, Albay, represented herein by its Center Administrator LEONOR B. DIAZ. Hereinafter called the DONEE;WITNESSETH:

That the DONOR is the lawful owner of one unit 1995 Kia Ceres 4x2 HSPR Panoramic, color blue with Serial/Chassis No.: KNCSB 1111KS052989, Motor No. S2-403871. That for and in consideration of the noble intention (enhancing skills training program implementation) which the DONOR has for the DONEE, the said DONOR by these presents transfers and conveys, by way of DONATION, unto the said DONEE, the above-described equipment with all its standard parts thereon free from all liens and encumbrances; That the DONOR hereby states for the purpose of giving full effect to this DONATION, that it has reserved for his Office in full ownership sufficient property inclusive of those equipment mentioned above to provide the desired mobility for operations; and

That the DONEE hereby accepts the donation of the above-described property and hereby expresses gratitude for the liberality of the DONOR.

IN WITHNESS HEREOF, the DONOR and the DONEE have set their hands this 15th day of March, 2010, Legazpi, Philippines.
