5. PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION ON-SITE,

CONTRACTOR SHALL IMPLEMENT EROSION &

SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES IN

ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED STORM

WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN.

6. CONTRACTOR SHALL IMPLEMENT MEASURES

TO PREVENT TRACKING OF MUD ONTO

RESPONSIBLE TO COORDINATE ROAD

CLEANING ACTIVITIES AT THE DISCRETION OF

FLOWABLE FILL AND CAPPED ON EACH END.

9. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE

ABANDONMENT OF THE EXISTING

UNDERGROUND GAS, FIBER OPTIC,

TELEPHONE, AND ELECTRIC LINES WITH THE

OWNING UTILITY. NEW SERVICES WILL BE

REQUIRED FOR THE NEW TANK AND EMS

10. TREE SELECTION AND SPACING WILL BE

DETERMINED BY OWNER.
