1. Q: Will you accept orders under 12 locations per logo for new art? A: Yes, we will do orders as small as one location for new art. 1-11 pricing, digitizing and less than minimum charges will apply.

2. Q: What is the cost to edit customer supplied decoration artwork? A: We will not edit a customer supplied tape. It will be redigitized and applicable charges will apply.

3. Q: Is there an extra charge for metallic thread? A: No.

4. Q: Are there any additional fees for: 3-in-1 jackets? A: No. Cuffs? A: No. Travel bags? A: No.

5. Q: Is there a cost for seam-sealing embroidery on waterproof garments? A: Yes $2.00 per location up to 4” x 4”. For larger size, please email decorationorders@alphabroder.com for a quote.

6. Q: What is the cost for alphabroder to provide/apply barcode labels/size stickers? A: 0.30¢ per sticker/label.

Q: What is the cost for alphabroder to remove hang tags from garments? A: $0.30 per garment

7. Q: If a ≥ 24 garment order is cancelled after the artwork has been digitized, does alphabroder bill the digitizing charges? A: Yes, $10.00/1k stitches.

8. Q: What is the maximum number of sew-outs/swatches that alphabroder will provide free of charge (only freight charges applied)? A: 1 for orders ≥ 24 garments (Order must be submitted); 0 for orders of 1-23 garments. Q: What is the charge for sew-outs/swatches on orders of 1-23 garments or more than 1 sew-out/swatch on orders of ≥ 24 garments or requests where no order has yet been submitted? A: $15.00 each plus freight.

9. Q: If digitizing is done at no charge, is it policy to share the DST file if requested? A: It may be purchased by the customer at a charge of $10.00/1000 stitches.

10. Q: Is there a limit on stitch count for free digitizing? A: Yes, the limit is 10K. Q: What is the charge after the maximum of 10K stitches? A: $10.00/K over 10K.

11. Q:Are all heat seal media types (ie. 3M Reflective) the same price? A: Yes.

12. Q: What is the charge for creating vectorized artwork? A: $50/hour. Please email decorationservices@alphabroder.com for a quote.

13. Q: What are the charges for personalization? A: $5 for for maximum of 2 lines, 20 spaces per line. Limited to a maximum of 4 inches. Fonts available: Block, Brantford, Eurostyle, Full Block, Brush Script.

14. Q: Can personalization be done as the only decoration on a garment? A: No, personalization will only be done as a secondary decoration location (i.e. there must be a logo on the garment as well.) No stand alone personalization will be done. No personalization for heat seal. Personalization applies to names only, no numbers.

15. Q: What is the charge for heat seal setup? A: No charge for orders ≥ 24 garments (One logo ONLY); $20.00 for orders of 1-23 garments. No set up charges for repeat orders.

16. Q: What is the charge for drop shipments? A: $10.00 per address (Customer must complete alphabroder template for all drop shipments. Drop shipments apply to Domestic Canada and US addresses only.)
