SCOPE OF SURVEYActing at the request of Mr. John Doe, the attending surveyor conducted an Insurrance Marine Survey of the 1984 ALOHA 32' Sloop Sailing Vessel "Andiamo" on April 10, 2015, at 11:00 am to 05:00 pm where she lay blocked on the hard at the Terra Nova Yacht Club in Holyrood, Newfoundland. The ship's papers were on board and did appear to be in order. The Hull Identification Number ZUYOC036D484 and name was verified from the transom. There was no sea trial performed as the vessel was still on the hard for the season. An out-of the water inspection of underwater machinery and the exterior of the hulls wetted surface area was performed. The reason for the survey, was to ascertain the physical condition and value of the vessel. References to moisture readings throughout the body of this report were taken using the Sovereign Moisture Master. AC and DC power was used to check operation of the systems specified in this report only. No reference or information should be construed to indicate any of the following:

1. Evaluation of the internal condition of the engines and the propulsion system's operating capacity.

2. Electronic equipment checked for power up only.

This vessel was surveyed without removals of any parts, including fittings, tacked carpet, screwed or nailed boards, anchors and chain, fixed partitions, instruments, clothing, spare parts and miscellaneous materials in the bilges and lockers, or other fixed or semi-fixed items. Lockedcompartments or otherwise inaccessible areas would also preclude inspection. Buyer/owner is advised to open up all such areas for further inspection. Further, no determination of stability characteristics or inherent structural integrity has been made and no opinion is expressed with respect thereto. This survey report represents the condition of the vessel on the above dates, and is the unbiased opinion of the undersigned, but it is not to be considered an inventory or a warranty either specified or implied.

NOTE: It is recommend and understood that all DIESEL/GAS engines be surveyed by a qualified Engine Surveyor to determine the condition of the engines, gears andpumps, heat exchangers, coolers, etc.

THE MANDATORY STANDARDS PROMULGATED BY TRANSPORT CANADA, UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF CANADIAN SHIPPING ACT(CSA), SMALL VESSEL REGULATIONS, TP1332E AND THEVOLUNTARY STANDARDS AND RECOMMENDED PRACTICES DEVELOPED BY THEAMERICAN BOAT AND YACHT COUNCIL (ABYC) AND THE NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTIONASSOCIATION (NFPA) HAVE BEEN USED AS GUIDELINES IN THE CONDUCT OF THISSURVEY BUT, COMPLETE COMPLIANCE WITH SUCH STANDARDS VARIES WITH THE INTENDED SERVICE OF THE VESSEL, AND IS NOT GUARANTEED.

IV. FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

19 of 30"ANDIAMO" surveyed by Decker's Marine Surveying Services - CBS, NL A1W 0A1

Deficiencies noted under ''SAFETY'' should be addressed before vessel is next underway. These findings represent an endangerment to personnel and/or the vessel's safe and proper operating condition. Some findings may also be in violation of Canadian Regulations.

Findings noted under ''OTHER FINDINGS '' should be corrected in the near future so as to maintain standards and to help the vessel to retain it's value.

Findings will be listed under the appropriate heading:

A. SAFETY DEFICIENCIES

B. OTHER FINDINGS NEEDING ATTENTION

C. SURVEYORS NOTES AND OBSERVATIONS

A. SAFETY FINDINGS (United States Coast Guard):A.1 (PAGE 15) CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR:None sighted.

FINDINGS RECOMMENDATIONSWith the LPG System installed on the boat and used for cooking and source of heat , there was no indication that there was any kind of a detection system onboard.

Purchase and install a carbon monoxide detector and keep it in the main cabin area.

B. FINDINGS NEEDING ATTENTION:B.1 (PAGE 9) EXHAUST SYSTEM:The Aqua lift Vetus Plastic type exhaust system. ABYC P-1 Installation of Exhaust Systems for Propulsion and Auxiliary Engines are suppose to be double clamped.

FINDINGS RECOMMENDATIONSABYC P-1, 1.7.1.10.1, states that every exhaust hose connection shall be secured with at least two non-overlapping clamps at each end to produce a secure, liquid and vapour-tight joint.

Install as required.

B.2 (PAGE 14) VISUAL DISTRESS SIGNALS (FLARE KITS):Unable to locate on the boat.

C. SURVEYORS NOTES AND OBSERVATIONS :C.1 (PAGE 9) TYPE/MANUFACTURER/LOCATION:Diesel Westerbeke, 21 horse power, 3 cylinders, with approximately 2200 hours on the engine. Six years ago there was a major overhaul completed on the engine, with some components being replaced. It was noticed that there appears to be more corrosion on the engine than it should be for a vessel of her age. The engine was not operated, but assisted the owner last fall when winterizing the engine.

FINDINGS RECOMMENDATIONSThere appears to be more corrosion on the main engine than it should be for the age of the vessel. This may have been where the vessel have had little use over the past 3 years.

Implement a corrosion plan for the vessel.

C.2 (PAGE 9) LUBRICATION:Oil level indication are normal. Engine fitted with a Racor R20S. No indication as to when the filters was last changed on the whole engine system.

FINDINGS RECOMMENDATIONSNo indication when the Racor R20S was last changed.

Replace filter and commence a maintenance log book for the vessel.

C.3 (PAGE 12) ANCHORS:One (1) 33 pound Plow Anchor with 20 feet 1/4" galvanized chain and 140 feet of 1/2" braided nylon rope. The bitter end is secured in the locker, but none of the shackles are siezed.

FINDINGS RECOMMENDATIONSAll shackles attached to the anchor system should be seized.

Repair as required.

C.4 (PAGE 17) SHROUDS AND STAYS:The upper shrouds , 1/4 " 1 x 19 strands, have just been newly replaced and lower shrouds 3/16" 1 x 19 strands and back stays appear serviceable.

FINDINGS RECOMMENDATIONSThe lower shrouds and back stays appear to be original equipment and suggest that in the future that they be renewed.

Replace as required.

C.5 (PAGE 17) CHAIN PLATES:Chain Plates appear to be in good condition with no signs of water leaks on the interior.

FINDINGS RECOMMENDATIONSChain plates appear to be in good condition, but suggest that they be further inspected where they go through the deck for corrosion.

Inspect as suggested.

IV. FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

21 of 30"ANDIAMO" surveyed by Decker's Marine Surveying Services - CBS, NL A1W 0A1

It is recommended that all below the water line thru-hulls have a proper sized wooden plug attached to function as emergency plugging device. Any vessel that is scheduled to go off-shore sailing should be fitted with a life raft.

V. SUMMARY AND VALUATION

22 of 30"ANDIAMO" surveyed by Decker's Marine Surveying Services - CBS, NL A1W 0A1

STATEMENT OF OVERALL VESSEL RATING OF CONDITION:It is the surveyor's experience that develops an opinion of the OVERALL VESSEL RATING OF CONDITION After a the survey has been completed and the findings have been organized in a logical manner.

The grading of condition, developed by BUC RESEARCH, and accepted in the marine industry, for a vessel at the time of survey, determines the adjustment to the range of base values in the BUC USED BOAT PRICE GUIDE, for a similar vessel sold within a given time period, as a consideration to determine the Market Value.

The following is the accepted marine grading system of condition:

''EXCELLENT (BRISTOL) CONDITION'', is a vessel that is maintained in mint or Bristol fashion - usually better than factory new - loaded with extras - a rarity.

''ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION'', has had above average care and is equipped with extra electrical and electronic gear.

''AVERAGE CONDITION'', ready for sale requiring no additional work and normally equipped for her size.

''FAIR CONDITION'', requires usual maintenance to prepare for sale.

''POOR CONDITION'', substantial yard work required and devoid of extras.

''RESTORABLE CONDITION'', enough of hull and engine exists to restore the boat to usable condition.

As a result of my investigation, as shown in the SYSTEMS AND FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS section of this REPORT OF SURVEY, and by virtue of my experience, my opinion is

OVERALL VESSEL RATING:

Average

V. SUMMARY AND VALUATION

23 of 30"ANDIAMO" surveyed by Decker's Marine Surveying Services - CBS, NL A1W 0A1

STATEMENT OF VALUATION:1. The ''FAIR MARKET VALUE'' is the most probable price in terms of money which a vessel should bring in a competitive and open market under all conditions requisite to a fair sale, the buyer and seller, each acting prudently, knowledgeably and assuming the price is not affected by undue stimulus.

Implicit in this definition is the consummation of a sale as of a specified date and the passing of title from seller to buyer under conditions whereby:

a. Buyer and seller are typically motivated.

b. Both parties are well informed or well advised, and each acting in what they consider their own best interest.

c. A reasonable time is allowed for exposure in the open market.

d. Payment is made in terms of cash in U.S. dollars or in terms of financial arrangements comparable thereto; and

e. The price represents a normal consideration for the vessel sold unaffected by special or creative financing or sales concessions granted by anyone associated with the sale.

Therefore, after consideration of the reliability of the data, the extent of the necessary adjustments and condition of the vessel, it is your surveyor's opinion that the ''FAIR MARKET VALUE'' of the subject vessel is:

$35,200.00Thirty Five Thousand Two Hundred Dollars and Zero cents

2. The ''ESTIMATED REPLACEMENT COST'' indicates the retail cost of a new vessel of the same make/model with similar equipment offered by the same manufacturer.''ESTIMATED REPLACEMENT COST'' of the subject vessel is:

$243,000.00Two Hundred Forty Three Thousand Dollars and Zero cents

SUMMARY:In accordance with the request for a marine survey of the Sailing Vessel Andiamo, for the purpose of evaluating its present condition and estimating it's Fair Market Value and Replacement Cost, I herewith submit my conclusion based on the preceding report of actual findings and presented facts. The subject vessel was personally inspected by the undersigned on April 10, 2015 and was found to be a well constructed, appointed and comfortable vessel. The vessel is very well maintained and well-kept by the previous owner. Other than the discrepancies noted in the body of the report under findings "A" and "B", Andiamo is considered to be safe and well fit for it's intended use cruising on the East Coast of Newfoundland.
