There are specific traits of people who are great decision makers. These leaders in decision making know what they want and where they are going. They do not need outside approval; they just make the decisions.

What makes a person a great DECISION maker?
“Successful people make decisions quickly and firmly. Unsuccessful people make decisions slowly and they change
them often.” Napoleon Hill
FIND PEOPLE THAT MAKE GOOD DECISIONS AND LEARN FROM THEM.
A decision is made quickly with swiftness. Choose what you would love – do not let your circumstance choose for you.
DECISION MAKERS HAVE DEVELOPED A HEALTHY STRONG SELF-IMAGE OF THEMSELVES – Self-image is your own perception of how you see yourself. They do not let their outside,
their circumstance diminish their self-worth. Past experience can derail how you see yourself – but your past does not define you. How would you act and speak and dress if you
had great self-image?
DECISION MAKERS ARE ATTUNED TO THEIR THOUGHTS, ALWAYS – your thoughts create your visions, and your visions become your reality, the life that you love living. By focusing on the what and not on the how – you can turn your thoughts into your things. It is when you know the direction that you are going, all sorts of things will come into your path to make that happen. Continue taking steps towards your dream or your vision and make it
crystal clear in your thoughts exactly what your vision is.
DECISION MAKERS ARE NOT AFRAID OF MAKING MISTAKES – don’t look at your failure as something to get you down or prevent you from doing what you love doing. Instead look at what you perceive as failure, look at it as feedback or as Thomas Edison said – “I have not failed, I’ve just found 10 000 ways that won’t work.” It is a decision that you make – you
make the decision to succeed.
By making the decision to live the life that you love living or doing or being, you have already made the decision to make that happen.
