Logistics for the Lecture
• One Day - Fall (no exams, no sports, etc)?• Time – during or after school (2 h)• Place – Auditorium or Gym?• Audience – Students + (parents?)
• Organization – Committee of interested students / Teachers / parents to choose the topic/speaker and make arrangements• Publicity – Local Press (PD, TV) + Social media
Costs / Funding
• $ 1000 - 2000 every year?• Fund raising through events?• Sponsorship from local businesses + City ?• Aurora Schools Foundation has funds set aside, from donations, for the promotion of international awareness.
