Dear Friend,

Our successes this past year could not have been possible without the many thoughtful gifts of all sizes made by our members, donors, community partners and visitors. These successes include the well-attended Art in the Arboretum events, major garden renovations, and expansion of our California collections.

As the giving season approaches, I hope that you will consider a gift to the Arboretum and Botanic Garden. Your investment will have an immediate impact on our goal to increase access to a greater number of visitors, to continue hosting inspiring events and exhibits, and to continue our mission in conservation and sustainable landscapes.

I am enthusiastic about our planned enhancements to address visitor comfort and convenience. These include better guest circulation and 100 more parking spaces, as well as new way-finding signage and an information kiosk to orient visitors to the garden. In addition, more benches will be strategically placed at points of interest, and more restrooms will be available. These improvements, among others, will make your garden experience easier and more welcoming.

Thank you for your generosity. Your steadfast support means the world to us. I look forward to seeing you in the garden, and send my best wishes to you and yours for a wonderful holiday season.

Yours very truly,

Martin QuigleyExecutive Director
