The monthly report of theCityClerk, City Treasurer. City Marshall and Su­perintendent of the Poor were read and ordered filed.

Aid. Stevens moved to recind the action of the council taken on the mo­tion of Aid. Brown November 21st 1898, as recorded on page 112 of the printed proceeding' directing the City Attorney to file a bill of interpleader in the case ot Shai'p & Schultz.
