Data Analysis and Administration
Maintain and solve conflicts within SAVM for five Areas. Work closely with Operations Director on Human Resource items including composing and posting job
descriptions in Virtual Edge, HRMS, Sales MBO Tool, Visibility Statements, CPC submissions and approvals, Recruiting and LRP.
Conduct screening of candidates and scheduling of interviews. Utilize company systems including Business Objects, Salesforce.com, SAVM and eSales to gather,
analyze and verify regional and operational sales on a local and global basis.
Define and maintain sales territories. Prepare and submit data for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasts.
Manage calendars for senior level executives using Outlook. Track bookings and submit approvals for cross-regional credit.
Claim point of sale credit and split accordingly among the global account team.
Monitor office expenses and reconcile expenses against monthly expense transaction detail reports. Responsible for resolution and/or escalation of customer and vendor issues.
Prepare and publish meeting agendas, minutes and presentations for high visibility personnel. Regularly evaluate and analyze cost effectiveness associated with expenditures.
Work closely with cross functional teams including Customer Service and Support Operations to track and expedite orders.
Played a key role on the Human Resource Strategic Leadership Team in charge of planning and launching policies and procedures. Assisted with HIRS implementation, corporate communications, employee relations, training, downsizing, and workforce planning functions.
Administrative support for Service Provider Director of Operations, 4 Regional Sales Managers, Account Managers, and Sales Engineers supporting domestic and global markets.
Administrative team lead and point of contact for finance, marketing, business operations, and sales engineering organizational management.
Project Management/Coordination
Participate in Year End Readiness process for Service Provider including but not limited to People
Assignments, Hierarchy setup, and Goaling.
Monitor office expenses and reconciled expenses against the monthly Expense Transaction Detail report.
Act as Liaison with landlord, contractors, architects and Real Estate.
Investigate and Implement new procedures for a more streamlined office. Test and initiate current headcount and space with as -built reports.
Initiate a commute reduction program within the office. Began an Oracle Volunteers chapter within the office.
Screen and book candidates for the Worldwide Corporate Visit Center’s executive dining room.
Conduct formal tours of Oracle Headquarters and the Corporate Visit Center. Collaborate with outside departments to streamline processes.
Manage and operate video conferencing activities by contacting remote sites to ensure equipment is compatible. Navigate video cameras during meetings.
Liaison between facilities, catering, and security departments to coordinate operational strategies.
Serve as point of contact for community relation’s projects, which includes scheduling and conducting
