Commissioner Deborah Cohn is the United States Patent and Trademark Office Commissioner for Trademarks. She is tasked with overseeing all aspects of the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s trademarks organization, including the development and implementation of policy, operations, and budget. Commissioner Deborah Cohn has worked within the United States Patent and Trademark Office for more than 30 years. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar. Deborah Cohn is retiring in January, 2015.

Commissioner Cohn also served as the Acting Chief Administrative Officer and worked temporary assignments starting in 2008 and ending in 2010.
