Responsibilities

Discuss with customer for proposals, high level solution approach presentation.

Design and discussion with all functional owners for HR data alignment across the GE business/ Comp Benefit team and downstream.

Creation of all transformation tables and dynamic rule to transform the source system data to target system specification.

GECIS – Projects: As a new technology adoption and simplification initiative, customer started engagements for implementing ease of use, process driven, single global ADF, SOA based solutions on top of Oracle EBusiness Suite for Global HR community. There were 2 focus areas, new technology adoption and Process standardization/simplification. In addition to new solutions, the existing solutions implemented earlier using OA Framework and Oracle Workflow are undergoing technology transformation to new ADF, SOA based solution approach. Further, Oracle E-Business Suite HR is getting integrated to other HR systems in a SOA way, more focused on process based integrations. Also, internal ORACLE Business simplifications are underway which includes the simplification of the internal approval, hierarchy process etc.

Project FAX N&R Action Response is an application which provide iterative updates to a Notification and Response System for Fidelity Investments.

The system involves notifying impacted parties of the occurrence of a Corporate Action Event, monitoring, collating and processing their responses and passing on the instructions based on these responses to the custodian or the bank.


Implemented front end layer using JSP, JavaScript library, and CSS Applied design patterns like DAO in designing the system. Implemented MVC Architecture using Struts Framework. Used struts tag libraries as well as struts tile framework. Unit testing and bug fixes.
