Death penalty or capital punishment

It is corporal punishment. As its name implies, this is to take life,

which according to law, is guilty of serious misconduct.

It started with the law of : an eye for eye, tooth for tooth

The death penalty is applied by measuring with a scale of justice, but, whose hands are that scale?

This Kind of penalty is the only feared by criminals, because it doesn’t has reverse gear.

Death penalty constitutes a means to eliminate of the society to antisocial people.

This causes a feeling of collective security in the population.

Population doesn’t have to pay tax

Logical Alternative is full compliance with penalities.

The death penalty constitutes a revenge. The death penalty does not replace the

loss of a victim. This penalty does not reverse the crime. The Declaration on Human Rights prohibits

it.

We need to consider…

1. Only God can take life

2. The judges who condemned to death are human, so that can go wrong and blame the innocent.
