DEAR WHITECAPS FANS: Since 1994 when the Whitecaps first opened the gates to fun, great food and baseball in West

Michigan, we’ve had you, our fans, in mind. For 26 seasons, we have taken pride in providing a

fun, friendly, inclusive and SAFE environment for all our fans. In our efforts to continue with that

mission, we’ve been monitoring the evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation, tracking and

following the guidance of state and local government, as well as the CDC and WHO, and working

closely with Minor League Baseball to understand how our 2020 season will be affected.

WWe support the decision of Minor League Baseball to postpone the start of the 2020 season in

the best interest of our fans, public health and safety. We know the evolving situation has

created questions about the schedule of Whitecaps games this summer and we are awaiting

guidance from Minor League Baseball to provide those answers. For now, we’re asking you to

hold onto all 2020 tickets. As we learn more in the coming weeks, we will develop more

specific guidance for impacted ticket holders and will continue to communicate to you via email

and social media.
