Dear RMS Students (and parents of students) Entering Algebra, Congratulations! You are going into a rigorous high school level mathematics course. It will be challenging, engaging, and fun. You will collaborate with other students to problem solve, and become life-long mathematical thinkers. In order to bring your A game, you will have to put in a bit of work this summer. Please take your time through this packet, pace yourself (10 problems a week will guarantee you have plenty of time to finish), and use your resources. Talk to parents, friends, teachers, and sign up for remind101 for helpful tools to finish the packet with great success. Looking up videos on YouTube would help a lot if you get stuck on a problem. Hint: just type in the topic that stumps you into Google. Once completed, you will already be an asset to your classmates in Algebra. You will be better prepared and have a deeper understanding of the core algebraic concepts. Do your best! P.S. You only NEED to complete the ODDS. For extra practice, move on to EVENS.
