Second annual conference on Real Estate in Southeastern Europe aims at deliberating the hottest issues in this field while also dealing with the current trends and developments in this market. Dr. Milan Parivodic was born in 1966 in Belgrade. Minister of International Economic Relations of the Government of Serbia since October 2004. He is lecturer in commercial contracts and international trade law at the Faculty of Business Law in Belgrade. Member of the Democratic Party of Serbia. By profession Dr Pariv-odic is an international business lawyer. Since 5th October 2000 Dr Parivodic has worked intensively on modernization of the legal system. He participated in drafting many Laws from 2002 to 2005. Previously acted as legal con-sultant for the World Bank, International Financial Corporation, UNDP and other international organizations assisting in legal and economic reforms. Before becoming minister consulted and acted for major multi-nationals in various industries and international banks in the last four years. Graduated from the Faculty of Laws of the University of Belgrade in 1990. He was awarded the first masters degree in international trade law in 1995. Received his second master’s degree (LL.M) in international business law at University College London in 1997. Defended his Doctoral thesis “Franchising Contracts” cum magna laude at the Faculty of Laws, University of Belgrade in 2002. Took the bar examination in Belgrade in 1998, and the patent and trade mark attorney examination in 2001. He is sworn-in court transla-tor for English language since 1991. Married to Alexandra with daughters Olga and Dorotea.

Dr Milan Parivodić je rođen u Beogradu 1966. godine. Na funkciji Ministra za ekonomske odnose sa inostranstvom u Vladi Republike Srbije nalazi se od od 19. oktobra 2004. godine. Predaje trgovinske ugovore i međunarodno trgovinsko pravo na Fakultetu za poslovno pravo u Beogradu. Član je Demokratske stranke Srbije. Po zanimanju, dr. Parivodić je advokat za međunarodno poslovno pravo. Od 5. oktobra 2000. godine intenzivno radi na modernizaciji pravnog sistema. Učestvovao je u izradi mnogih nacrta Zakona od 2002 do 2005. godine. Ranije je radio kao pravni konsultant za Svetsku banku, Međunarodnu finansijsku korporaciju, UNDP i druge međunarodne organizacije koje pružaju pomoć u pravnim i ekonomskim reformama. Diplomirao je na Pravnom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu 1990. godine, sa najvišim ocenama. Prvu magistarsku titulu stekao je u oblasti međunarodnog trgovinskog prava 1995. godine. Drugu magistarsku titulu (LLM) stekao je u oblasti međunarodnog poslovnog prava na University College Lon-don, 1997. godine. Na Pravnom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu je 2002. godine odbranio doktorsku tezu “Ugovori o franšizingu ” sa najvišim ocenama. Pravosudni ispit je položio 1998. godine, a ispit za advokata u oblasti patenata i zaštitnih znakova položio je 2001. Od 1991. godine je sudski tumač za engleski jezik. Sa suprugom Aleksandrom ima kćerke Olgu i Doroteju.

Aleksandra Damnjanovic Petrovic was born on June 19, 1961. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Belgrade University in 1985. She passed juridical exam in 1986. In the period 1985-1987 she was a trainee attorney at law. In the period 1987-2004 she was an advisor to the Municipality of Savski Venac, where she has been working as a Head of Department for Construction, Resi-dential and Property Law since 1997.Since 2004 she has been engaged in the Ministry of Capital Invest-ment as Assistant Minister for Construction and Investment Proj-ects. She is a member of the Examination Commission for Urban and Spatial Planning at the Serbian Chamber of Engineers. She is a Deputy President of the Commission for Licensing Construction Companies. Aleksandra participated as a lecturer in a program for implementation of the Law on Local Self-Government. She has published numerous scientific papers on construction, housing and expropriation. Aleksandra is also a supervisor of the Govern-ment’s project for helping flood affected areas and a coordinator of the project for helping areas affected by landslides. She is a member of the National Investment Plan Council for High-Rise Building.

Aleksandra Damnjanović Petrović je rođena 19. 06. 1961. Pravni fakultet završila je u Beogradu 1985. godine. Pravosudni ispit položila je 1986. godine. U periodu 1985-1987. radila je kao advokatski pripravnik. U periodu 1987-2004. bila je savetnik u gradskoj opštini Savski venac gde je od 1997. godine načelnik odeljenja za građevinske, komunalno stambene i imovinsko pravne poslove.Od 2004. radi u Ministarstvu za kapitalne investicije kao pomoćnik ministra za građevinarstvo i investicione projekte. Član je Komisije za polaganje stručnog ispita za urbaniste i prostorne planere pri Inženjerskoj komori Srbije. Zamenik je predsednika Komisije za licence preduzeća. Aleksandra je učesnik – predavač u programu implementacije Zakona o lokalnoj samoupravi. Autor je mnogih objavljenih radova iz oblasti građevinarstva, stanovanja i ekspro-prijacije. Supervizor je Projekta pomoći Vlade opštinama srednjeg Banata pogođenih poplavama. Koordinator je Projekta pomoći Vlade opštinama pogođenih aktiviranjem klizišta. Član je saveta NIP-a za visokogradnju.

Orlin Vladikov holds an MA in Law from the Law Faculty, Uni-versity of Sofia. Since 1992 he has been the President and CEO with Orvitex ltd., a leading Bulgarian Real Estate Company. Since 1998 he has held the position of the President and CEO at Orvitex Industries, a pro-ducer of a new generation of building materials. He is a member of NRPA, CEREAN and FIABCI. Since 2002 he has been the President of NRPA, non governmental, independent branch organization in-corporating more than 230 real estate companies in Bulgaria. Mr. Orlin is the President of Managing Board of Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In the period 2003-2005 he was the President and CEO at SO Krim. He is also the President and CEO at Kolobar ltd. and Lake Investors Ltd. In the period 1996-1998 he was the Chairman of Union of Real Estate Agencies. In 1991 Mr. Vladikov was the First Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was also the Second Secretary and Head of Consular Section, Bulgarian Embassy in London and Third Secretary of the Minis-try of Foreign Affairs in the period 1984-1987. He was also a Senior Expert in the Ministry of Foreign Trade from 1984 to 1987. Mr. Or-lin is fluent in English and Russian and has a good knowledge of Italian and Serbian.

He is also educated as a chef from the private Jewish Club, Concordia-Argonaut in San Francisco.In addition to his professional career, Philip is dedicated to com-munity efforts throughout the region and in Southeast Asia. Ward Stocker is one of the many Scottish people working in Central & Eastern Europe. He graduated from The University of Aberdeen. Ward has worked for Cushman & Wakefield since 1998 and has been involved in retail, office and industrial agency. He now focuses his time working with the European Capital Markets Team, covering the region, with most focus on the emerging mar-kets of Romania and Russia. To date Ward has been involved with a number of transactions in all sectors, acting on the behalf of in-stitutional investors, whilst also advising on sales strategy. Ward is well-know in the region for his professional and focused approach, together with being one of the recognised characters in his field. Richard Segal was born on 12 July 1960. He acquired B.S. in Economics, MIT, 1982.He was a Senior Fixed Income Strategist at Salmon Brothers. He also worked as a Senior Emerging Markets Economist at Bank of America and a Head of Fixed Income Research at Banco Santander. He developed several economic and financial models pertaining to sovereign risk, term structure of interest and technical trading.Mr. Segal has been a frequent panelist at EMTA membership meetings. He is also widely quoted by the financial media on topics such as real estate emerging markets, distressed debt and emerging market investment in general. He is the author of trilogy Year (2006), a collection of short stories. He is also the author of the Russian Economy in 1994.

Dejan Racic was born on December 1, 1969 in Belgrade. He got his early professional experience working in Dubai. Since 1995, he has held important positions in Delta M Group, the biggest private company in Serbia.Mr. Racic formed and directed the consumer goods distribution centre and later formed the retail sector as well. Since 2000 as director of Delta Invest, Mr. Racic managed the process of devel-oping, building and adapting various facilities into retail outlets, bank and insurances outlets, as well as vehicle and logistics cen-ters for members of the Delta Holding.He is currently director of Delta Real Estate, one of the biggest real estate developers and investors in the Serbian and Montenegrin markets. He is also credited for strategic planning and extending business activities to the wider Balkan area.The business portfolio he runs includes developing, investing and managing retail, business, hotel and housing projects in line with the highest international standards.He took part in a number of top international fairs and gatherings as a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and has done much to improve the image of the Serbian market by attracting significant international retailers and other commer-cial players.

Dejan Racić je rođen 01. 12. 1969. godine u Beogradu. Sinisa Brasanac was born on February 2, 1975. He graduated in 1998, from University Law School in Belgrade, majoring in Inter-national Commercial Law. Until 2000 he was employed with the Third Municipal Court in Belgrade, followed by an engagement as an attorney with primer in commercial and international business law until 2003. Since 2003 he has held a position in MPC Holding where he currently is a member of the Managing Board of MPC Holding as well as a member of the Managing Board of MPC Prop-erties.Besides his meaningful role in creating business policy of the company, he is directly in charge for development and realiza-tion of the biggest and most representative real estate project in Belgrade, Usce Complex, which consists of two twin towers and regional shopping mall, with total size 180,000m2 and investment value of approximately 230 Mil Euro, as well for the upcoming list-ing of MPC Properties at London Stock Exchange as the first devel-oper from the territory of ex Yugoslavia that has taken activities in that direction.

Vladimir Filipovic was born on June 25, 1955 in Petrinja, Croa-tia. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Zagreb University, 1979. He attended postgraduate studies in Commercial Law, Faculty of Law, Zagreb University. He earned his LL.M degree in 1988 and passed the Bar Exam in 1982. He worked as an Assistant at the District Court in Sisak from 1980 to 1982, and from 1982 to 1984 as a Judge at the Municipal Court in Petrinja. From 1984 to 1988 he worked as a Legal Advisor for foreign trade to the Managing Board of Zeljezara Sisak, Steel Pipe Works, Sisak. He worked as an autho-rized Representative of INGRA Joint Stock Company from 1988 to 1990. He also worked as an Attorney at Law from 1990 to 1999. In 2000 he founded as acted as a President of the Management Board of Filipović Business Advisory Ltd. His main scope of work is real estate. He was organizer of The Annual International Conferences on the Croatian Real Estate Market and an editor of the Croatian Real Estate Newsletter.Mr. Filipovic is the author of numerous articles on company law, privatization, establishing of companies, state debts, concessions, consortium contracts, subcontracts and arbitration. He is a co-au-thor of the Commentary of the Law on Companies in 1995, 1996 and 2004.

Vladimir Filipović je rođen 25. juna 1955. godine u Petrinji, Hrvatskoj. Pravni fakultet Sveučilišta u Zagrebu završio je 1979. godine, a pravosudni ispit polžio 1982. godine. Pohađao post-diplomske studije privrednog prava Pravnog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu i stekao zvanje magistra prava, 1988. Od 1980-1982 godine radio je kao Sudski pripravnik u Okružnom sudu u Sisku, a kao sudija u Opštinskom sudu u Petrinji od 1982-1984. Kao pravni savetnik za spoljnu trgovinu Poslovnog odbora „Željezare Sisak“ radio je u periodu od 1984-1988. godine, nakon čega postaje ovlašceni predstavnik INGRE gde ostaje sve do 1990. kada počinje da radi kao advokat 1999. 2000. godine osniva svoje preduzeće Filipović poslovno savjetovanje d.o.o., na čijem se čelu nalazi i kao predsednik upravnog odbora.Glavni segment poslovanja su nekretnine. Organizator je Godišnjih međunarodnih konferencija o hrvatskom tržištu nekretnina. Goran Kuridza was born on June 12, 1974 .He graduated from the Faculty of Management “Braca Karic”. After graudation he lived in USA for a while.He has been working in real estate business for 5 years. In 2003 he started working for Colliers as a Broker for Commercial Projects. In 2005 he joined EFG Property Services as Head of Agency. In 2006 he was appointed General Manager of EFG Property Services.

Goran Kuridža je rođen 12 juna 1974. Zavrsio je Fakultet za menadžment “Braća Karić”, gde je diplomirao na predmetu „Up-ravljane u trgovini“ Posle diplomiranja od 1999 pa do 2003 godine je ziveo i radio u Americi.Već 5 godina se bavi nekretninama. 2003. godine počeo je da radi u renomiranoj internacionalnoj kompaniji za real estate Colliers-u kao broker i key account manager za komercijalne projekte. Početkom 2005 godine prelazi u EFG Property Services kao di-rektor agencije. Već polovinom iste godine postao je generalni menadžer EFG Property Services.

Zsuzsanna Horvath holds a post-graduate degree in European Studies and a Master of Arts. She is owner and director of Elízium Retail Consulting, specializing in the design, marketing and com-mercialization of shopping centers in Central and Eastern Europe since the first developments started in 1995. She has been actively involved in the Serbian market for a year.1997-2002: Founded and managed as secretary general the then unique regional member of the New York-based International Council of Shopping Centers, the only worldwide non-profit non-governmental trade association for shopping centers. She was responsible for institutional capacity building, design and devel-opment of strategic plans for the transformation of the Hungarian legislation system enhancing operation of shopping centers. Zsuzsanna is a regular convention speaker, has published numer-ous articles for associations and trade publications, and has orga-nized and lectured at international training programs for shop-ping center professionals. She was invited by several Central and Eastern European countries’ retail and retail real estate experts to counsel on trade legislation, harmonization and representative is-sues.1994-1996: Zsuzsana was a retail consultant for Healey & Baker International Real Estate Consultants and was responsible for the concept planning, marketing and letting of Duna Plaza, the first shopping and entertainment center in Central and Eastern Eu-rope.

Mirko Rasic was born on October 16, 1949 in Bosanska Dubica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He graduated from the Faculty of Agri-culture with a diploma in Agrarian Economics.Mr. Rasic has been managing several companies in the Zepter In-ternational system. He is a majority stakeholder in Impregnacija (Cicevac), Jugometal, Kultura AD (Belgrade), Meteor (Subotica). He currently heads the management boards of Jugosped (Belgrade) and Stotex (Kraljevo) and is the authorized representative of Home Art & Sale Services AG.

Mirko Rašić je rođen 16. 10. 1949. godine u Bosanskoj Du-bici. Završio je gimnaziju i poljoprivredni fakultet, i nosi zvanje - Agroekonomist. Direktor je preduzeća u sistemu Zepter Inerna-tional. Većinski je vlasnik preduzeća: Impregnacija Ćićevac, Jugo-metal Beograd, Kultura ad Beograd, Meteror Subotica. Trenutno je predsednik upravnih odbora preduzeća: Jugošped Beograd, Stotex Kraljevo. Trenutno je angažovan-ovlašćeni predstavnik Home Art & Sales Services AG.

Miodrag Gazibara has been with Colliers International for a year and a half as the Manager of the Retail Services Department. He attended Winona State University in the U.S., where he gradu-ated with a degree in Marketing and Productions and Operations Management. Prior to joining Colliers International, Miodrag has worked for 4 years in real estate in Chicago, IL. Currently, Miodrag is managing the leasing process for two shop-ping mall developments: Delta City and Delta City Montenegro scheduled for opening in 2007 and 2008, respectively. Miodrag is also very involved with the Colliers International South East Europe retail practice group that has 10 exclusive projects and is helping with the regional expansion of numerous international brands.

Jean-Pierre Marcadie is General Manager of the Hyatt Re-gency Belgrade. He was born in 1950 in Bordeaux, France and now resides in Bi-arritz, France, close to Spain. He is a “seasoned” hotelier with 40 years in the industry, managing hotels for now over 20 years, hav-ing worked in 18 cities around the world, from South Pacific (New Caledonia) to Asia (Indonesia/Philippines/Hong Kong) for 9 years, Europe (France/Switzerland), Middle East (Abu Dhabi/Dubai/Egypt/Oman) & North Africa (Morocco) for 12 years, and North America (Canada/US) for 6 years. He came from Hyatt France, with an assignment of 2 years at Hyatt Regency Paris CDG, and was previously assigned to Morocco, where he spent 2 terms of 3 years at the Hyatt Regency Casablanca. Jean-Pierre was a board member of the American, British and French Chambers of Commerce in Casablanca. Furthermore, he was elected Chairman of the OSAC Committee, organizing the first OSAC Middle East Regional Conference in Morocco in 2004. He has also been a member of the French Business Council (CCE) since 2000.

U kojoj god sredini da radi, vrlo je angažovan u aktivnostima i događajima lokalnih zajednica, sa ciljem da doprinese boljem životu tih ljudi. U Kazablanci je bio član dobrotvorne orgnizacije “l’Heure Joyeuse”, a u Parizu je izabran u članstvo francuskog ogranka “Make A Wish”, globalnog partnera Hyatt sistema, i dao doprinos prvom događaju koji je sakupljao novac za ovu dobrot-vornu organizaciju.Žan-Pjer je bio i član američke, britanske i francuske privredne komore u Kazablanci. Izabran je i za predsednika komiteta sa-vetodavnog tela administracije SAD za prekomorsku bezbednost (OSAC), i organizovao je prvu regionlnu konferenciju OSAC n Blis-kom istoku u Maroku 2004. godine. Takođe je i član Poslovnog sa-veta Francuske (CCE) od 2000. godine.

Breda McEnaney is an experienced advisor in the hospitality and leisure industry. Breda has extensive experience in provid-ing advisory services to major Irish and international clients. Most recently she has been involved in projects in the UK, Ethiopia, Nai-robi, the Cape Verde Islands and South Africa. Specialist services include feasibility studies, asset management and sourcing repu-table operators on behalf of developers/promoters.Breda has considerable operational experience, her career started with the Ryan Hotel Group in Ireland, she then went to work in Washington DC for both ANA Hotels and the Westin Hotel Group. Breda has held the senior positions such as general manager, revenue manager and marketing manager. She has successfully project managed the opening of four hotels in Dublin. Breda also worked for TQS who were contracted by Bord Fáilte (now Fáilte Ireland) to undertake the registration and grading of all hotels in the Republic of Ireland. She then went on the work as a specialist advisor to the Industry with Horwath Bastow Charleton. Breda holds an MBS (Hons.) specialising in tourism and plan-ning from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business. At an undergraduate level Breda holds a primary qualification in hotel management.

Giovanni Daniele is the Resident Representative of the Inter-national Finance Corporation (IFC) in Belgrade, Serbia. IFC is the private sector investment arm of the World Bank Group. Prior to his current assignment, Giovanni was based in Washington DC, where from 2002 – 2006 he was the head of the Tourism Sector Team with responsibility to identify and develop new investment opportunities in the tourism sector. At the IFC, he has also spent considerable time evaluating, structuring and executing invest-ments in the Sub-Saharan Africa region, where he focused on the general manufacturing and services sectors in Southeast Africa. Prior to that, Giovanni was based in Poland where he worked as Project Coordinator for the Polish Business Advisory Services, an IFC-sponsored consulting program for the Polish SME sector. Be-fore joining IFC, he worked in Italy in the construction material sector.Giovanni, an Italian national, is a Chartered Financial Analyst, holds and MBA from the SDA Bocconi in Milan and graduated with a degree in law from the University of Milan.

Pre nego što je došao na ovu poziciju, Đovani je od 2002. do 2006. godine radio u Vašingtonu na čelu Tima za sektor turizma sa zadatkom da prepoznaje i raz-vija investicione projekte u turističkom sektoru. U IFC-u je proveo dosta vremena u procenjivanju, struktuiranju i izvršavanju investi-cionih projekata u subsaharskoj Africi, gde se fokusirao na sektore proizvodnje i usluga u jugoistočnoj Africi. Pre toga je bio baziran u Poljskoj radeći kao koordinator projekata u okviru Poljskog po-slovnog savetovališta, programa namenjenog poljskom sektoru za mala i srednja preduzeća, a finasiranog od strane IFC. Pre ulaska u IFC, radio je u oblasti građevinskih materijala u Italiji.Đovani je sertifikovan finansijski analitičar (CFA), stekao je MBA diplomu na SDA Bokoni u Milanu, a diplomirao je pravo na Milan-skom univerzitetu.

Miroslav Tanchev was born in 1972. He graduated from the German College in Sofia in 1991. He also earned a degree from the Institute for Company Management Vienna / Master Class CEE in 2000, followed by a degree from the Vienna University of Econom-ics and Business Administration in 2002. In 2000 Mr. Tanchev worked for OMV AG’s International Finance and Controlling De-partment. In 2001 he worked for Bauholding AG’s Large Interna-tional Projects Department. Since 2002 he has been working for Soravia Real Estate Development GmbH as a Real Estate Manager for CEE.

Dr. Thullner also went through the Trainee Program of Girozentrale und Bank der öster-reichischen Sparkassen AG, covering all aspects of international and domestic banking.Since 2004 he has managed International Hotel Finance at Erste Bank der österreichischen Sparkassen AG in Vienna in charge of cash flow based hotel project finance in Europe, with strong em-phasis on Central and Eastern Europe, especially countries where Erste Bank owns subsidiary banks (Serbia, Croatia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Ukraine). Prior to this engagement he worked at Girozentrale und Bank der österreichischen Sparkassen AG in Vienna (GZ), Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich AG in Vienna (RZB), and RZB Finance LLC, New York (US subsidiary of RZB), as Head of Latin America Finance responsible for Trade and Corporate Finance in Latin American markets.

Aleksandar Jovic, Director National Mortgage Insurance Corpo-ration. Aleksandar Jovic was born on August 30, 1974 in Belgrade. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Belgrade University in 1997. Mr. Jovic specialized further in banking during postgradu-ate studies at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade in 1998.He acquired his first professional experience at Beobanka a.d. Bel-grade in 1998 in the foreign currency department as an FX and MM dealer, as well as in credit analysis. He moved on to the retail banking sector of Raiffeisenbank a.d. Belgrade in 2001 and then to corporate banking at Hypo-Alpe-Adria Bank a.d. Belgrade in 2003, where he stayed until the National Mortgage Insurance Corpora-tion was founded.In August 2004 Mr. Jovic founded the National Mortgage Insur-ance Corporation, the first of its kind in Serbia. Along with being the founder, he also developed its business strategy and forged links with the Finance Ministry and National Bank of Serbia.

Krsta M. Sandic was born in 1966, studied both in Belgrade and Athens, graduated with BA in Economics from “The American College of Greece - Deree”. Krsta has extensive experience deal-ing with multinational corporations as well as international and intercultural communication, integration and development of logistical, financial and operational needs of companies. During his seventeen-years long career, he achieved significant results in strategic planning and analysis, cost reduction programs, negotia-tions and relations with financial institutions. In December 2006 he became Vice President of Verano Group As of February 2006 he held a position of Member of the Board of Verano Group was in charge of real-estate investments, cross-bor-der finance and new business development. Since October 2004 was hired as City Manager for the City of Novi Sad, Serbia and Montenegro. Responsible for creating favorable investment climate, creating a long term development strategy for the City, negotiations with international financial institutions and coordinating activities of all public enterprises and City utili-ties when dealing with large investors and foreign financial insti-tutions. Since 2002 he was employed by “MYERS SANDS & ASSOCIATES INC”, as Senior Consultant – Managing Partner. In this interna-tional consultancy specialized for the business development and debt management he opened a whole new market in Serbia and Montenegro.In 1993 he was working with “VERANO COMMERCIAL S.A.”, Ath-ens, international trade corporation. As the managing director acquired several commercial representations both for his corpora-tion and for companies where ’’VERANO COMMERCIAL S.A.“ had an interest.

Lambros Anagnostopulos. Mr. Anagnostopoulos is currently involved in real estate private equity investment, managing “SE-CURE Investments”, a property fund co-investing in development projects in South Eastern Europe. He set up and acted as the Chief Executive Officer and Member of the BoD of LAMDA Development, a real estate developer listed in the Athens Stock Exchange, from the company’s foundation in 2000 until June 2006. Since 1992, he has been an executive of the Latsis Group, based in Geneva, where, among others, he directed the Group’s project planning and development department. Between 1988 and 1992, Mr. Anagnos-topoulos worked as a management consultant with Pugh-Roberts Associates in the USA and Great Britain. Mr. Anagnostopoulos is a graduate of naval architecture, marine and mechanical engi-neering from the National Technical University of Athens. He has received post-graduate degrees in shipping at MIT and in manage-ment at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Milos Vuckovic was born in Subotica in 1972. He joined Kara-novic & Nikolic in 1997 upon graduation from the Belgrade Law Faculty. He qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2000, and became a Partner at the Firm in 2004. He is a fluent English and German speaker.He has extensive experience in advising clients on commercial law issues, in particular in the areas of banking and finance, privatiza-tion and real estate. He was legal team leader on many large successful transactions in Serbia and has worked with leading real estate investors advising them on all legal issues from acquisition of land, financing, permit-ting, zoning issues, taxation, construction agreements to on-sale and lease agreements. Currently, he is the Head of the Real Estate Department of Karanović & Nikolić.

Miloš Vučković je rođen u Subotici 1972. godine. Ubrzo po diplomiranju na Pravnom fakultetu u Beogradu pridružio se kancelariji Karanović i Nikolić. Nedugo zatim polaže pravosudni ispit 2000. godine i postaje partner u firmi 2004. godine. Roman Klott was born on March 21, 1980. He acquired a degree in Real Estate Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin.Mr. Klott started his operations in Belgrade in 2003. Having com-mercialized more than 40.000 sqm of office and retail space, his company Atrium Consulting is cooperating with all major inter-national companies, demanding high-professional real estate ser-vices.Atrium Consulting’s key services are leasing, selling and manage-ment of modern properties, such as office buildings and shopping centers. It plans to be involved in residential and logistic projects as well.

Roman Klott je rođen 21. marta 1980. godine. Diplomirao je Menadžment nekretnina na Univerzitetu u Berlinu.Gospodin Klott je svoje poslovne aktivnosti u Beogradu započeo 2003. godine. Nakon što je komercijalizovala više od 40,000 kv. metara kancelarijskog i stambenog prostora, njegova kompanija Atrium Consulting sarađuje sa svim velikim međunarodnim fir-mama koje traže visokoprofesionalne usluge vezne za nekretnine.Osnovne delatnosti firme Atrium Consulting su lizing, prodaja i menadžment modernih nepokretnosti, kao što su poslovne zgrade i šoping centri. Dragan Radulovic was born on June 18, 1977. He graduated from the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade, majoring in English Language and Literature.After four years spent with Colliers International (2001-2005) on various managerial positions (Director of Operations and Co-Direc-tor of Commercial Department), Mr. Radulovic joined the team of Airport City Belgrade, a leading investor in the real estate sector. The company was awarded by OECD as the International Inves-tor of the Year 2006 for the Largest Greenfield Investment in SEE, where he held the position of Marketing Director until February 1st 2007. As of February 1st, Mr. Radulovic has been leading the Belgrade team of CB Richard Ellis, the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm in terms of 2005 revenue.

Dragan Radulović je rođen 18. 06. 1977. Diplomirao je na Kat-edri za engleski jezik i književnost Filološkog fakulteta u Beogradu. Posle četiri godine provedene u firmi Colliers International (2001-2005) na različitim rukovodećim pozicijama (direktor za poslovan-je i ko-direktor komercijalnog odeljenja), gospodin Radulović priključio se timu Airport City Belgrade, vodećem investitoru u sektoru nekretnina, nosiocu OECD-ove nagrade za najveću Green-field investiciju u Jugoistočnoj evropi za 2006. godinu i obavljao dužnosti direktora marketinga do 1. februara 2007. Od 1. februara 2007. Gospodin Radulović se nalazi na čelu kompanije CB Richard Ellis u Beogradu koja je na svetskom nivou broj jedan po ostva-renim prihodima kada je u pitanju komercijalizacija poslovnih objekata (rangiranje je izvšeno na osnovu prihoda ostvarenih u 2005).

Goran Zivkovic is a Manager of Residential brokerage Services. He graduated fromThe Faculty of Philology in Belgrade and has six years of experi-ence in real estate with Colliers International. Goran manages a team of 9 brokers and has a large role in consulting residential developers in all stages of project development: location analysis; creating proper units mix; advising designers on key elements of units; creating proper marketing campaign with positioning of the project and selling units; creating one stop shop for the buyers. Goran is currently working on several projects including Park Apartments (200 units in New Belgrade) and Marina Dorcol (app 400 units).

Goran Živković je menadžer brokerskog posredovanja u oblasti stambenih nekretnina. Alexander Bebov is currently a Managing Director with BAC (Bulgaria, Serbia, and Macedonia). He has also served as a Vice-president of Salomon Smith Barney Citigroup (UK) and has worked at J.P. Morgan, Chemical Bank (Chase) and Prudential Securities. Mr. Bebov played a key role in the launch of Prime Property BG REIT, the first Bulgarian Real Estate Investment Trust, in which TBI and Immofinnanz as well as Julius Baer and Trigon Capital have been key investors. The REIT has now reached a capitaliza-tion close to EUR 30 million and has successfully completed sev-eral high profile projects in the Bulgarian market. While with BAC, Mr. Bebov was the Lead Manager of the biggest mortgage bond in Bulgaria (Bulgarian Postbank) in 2002, as well as a Co-Manager of the mortgage bond of Commercial Bank Bulgaria Invest (Allianz Group). Mr. Bebov also oversaw the implementation of an IFC-fi-nanced housing finance research project in ex-Yugoslav republics and Albania (as subcontractor to a Spanish company). Since 2002, he has worked in BAC projects in Serbia, Macedonia, Mon-tenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia and Slovenia. Mr. Bebov obtained a BA in International Economics from the University of Maine, as well as an MBA in Finance and Marketing from NYU’S Stern School of Business and has studied in the MPA-2 Program of Harvard University.

James Lloyd was born on June 24, 1976. He earned his BSc in Urban Property Surveying for Europe from the University of Nor-thumbria, Newcastle, England and University D’Artois, France. Before joining King Sturge, Belgrade in 2006 as a Head of Agency and Investment, he had seven years experience working in UK handling commercial property transactions, valuation and con-sultancy in the real estate sector.James is a Professional Member of The Royal Institution of Char-tered Surveyors (RICS), one of the most respected and high profile global standards and membership organisations for those involved in land, property, construction and environmental issues.

Ben Mason was born on December 2, 1980. He earned his Bach-elor degree from the University of Birmingham, England.Ben Mason began his career in property in the UK, whilst studying in Birmingham. Having traveled extensively over Latin American, Africa, Europe, Asia and Australasia, Ben realized that there was lot of investment potential in many countries where no other UK based company had a presence, and so to this end founded Some-place Else. The company only focuses on investment property in new and emerging markets, and has since opened up offices throughout Eastern and South Eastern Europe, Central and South America. Ben has been instrumental in the company’s expansion, and been responsible for developing the Someplace Else chain of apart-hotels and resorts across Europe and Latin America. Ben has also recently founded Someplace Else’s sister company; SPE Innovation which invests in businesses and products in emerging market countries, including renewable energy resourc-es. The company is currently working on infrastructure projects in various municipalities in Macedonia and Croatia. Ben is also head of the SPE Adriatic Development fund. Ben speaks regularly at seminars and exhibitions throughout the UK, Ireland and overseas on the emerging markets.

Sasa Trajkovic earned his BSc in Structural Engineering. He was born in 1965. Mr. Trajkovic is holding a position of Country Manager in EC Harris Consultancy, Serbia. EC Harris, established in London in 1911 and now operating with nearly 2,500 staff in over 44 offices worldwide, is specialized in the strategic control and management of construction projects and facilities. EC Har-ris Belgrade started operating in 2001 as the first UK Consulting Firm established in Serbia and Mr. Trajkovic has been there since day one. In the beginning EC Harris Belgrade opened with no more than only three fully employed staff and gradually it has grown into a twenty-man professional team. Nowadays, the Office oper-ates as an independent consultant on construction and civil en-gineering projects throughout Serbia as well as the surrounding region of Montenegro, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Macedonia. He also passed portfolio manager exam in Serbian Securities and Exchange Commission.He is a member of FIMA Group since 2005 where he was initially Chairman of the Board of Broker-dealer Company “FIMA Interna-tional” Belgrade. Now, he is regional partner for Serbia and Ukraine, and he is involved in establishing of “FIMA Invest” Belgrade – the Investment management company.

Vladimir Pavlović, CFA je rođen 1978. godine. Diplomirao je na Ekonomskom fakultetu u Beogradu, nakon čega je up-isao poslediplomske studije iz oblasti bankarstva i finansijskog menadžmenta. 2006. godine je položio ispit CFA Level III i stekao zvanje CFA charterholder, a potom polagao ispit u Komisiji za hartije od vrednosti Republike Srbije i stekao zvanje portfolio menadžera.Od 2005. godine je deo tima FIMA Grupe gde je inicijalno bio predsednik upravnog odbora brokersko - dilerskog društva “FIMA International” d.o.o. Beograd, nakon čega je postao regionalni part-ner za Srbiju i Ukrajinu. Trenutno je angažovan na formiranju Društva za upravljanje investicionim fondovima “FIMA Invest” a.d. Beograd.

Zlatko Milikic graduated from the Law Faculty in Belgrade in 1995 and went on to acquire an LL.M. title in International Busi-ness and Financial Law at the American University Washington College of Law in 2005 under the fellowship of the Fulbright Foun-dation for perspective professionals and managers. The Fulbright program included gathering experience and knowledge in inter-national financial institutions such as the IBRD, IFC, IMF and the US Export-Import Bank, and in the Project Financing Sector of the renowned law firm White & Case. After spending two years working in his father’s law firm, Mr. Mi-likic joined the banking industry in 1997 where he spent ten years working for four big and ambitious players in the regional market (Beogradska banka, HVB Bank, Hypo Alpe-Adria Bank and Euro-bank EFG), where he occupied top positions in three different sec-tors (law, credit risk and corporate financing sectors), acquired a wealth of experience (including extensive international practical and academic knowledge), scoring excellent results in each of his activities. Mr. Milikic joined the MPC Group in 2007, where his job is to provide financing for real estate projects.

Zlatko Milikić je diplomirao 1995. godine na Pravnom Fakulte-tu u Beogradu, a u okviru stipendije odobrene kao perspektivnom profesionalcu i menadžeru od Fulbrajtove Fondacije maja 2005. godine stekao, sa najvišim ocenama, i LL.M. titulu u oblasti Međunarodnog Poslovnog i Finansijskog Prava na Američkom Univerzitetu - Pravnom Fakultetu u Vašingtonu. Nakon 2 godine provedene na radu u očevoj advokatskoj kancelariji, Zlatko se 1997. zaposlio u bankarskoj industriji u kojoj je potom proveo 10 godina za koje je vreme radio u 4 različite, velike i (barem u okvirima lokalnog tržišta) veoma poslovno ambiciozne banke (Beogradska banka, HVB Banka, Hypo Alpe-Adria Banka i Eurobank EFG). U svim bankama je zauzimao rukovodeće pozicije u 3 različita sektora (pravnom, sektoru za kreditne rizike i sektoru za finansiranje korporacija), stekao značajno iskustvo (uključujuci i ekstenzivno međunarodno praktično i akademsko znanje) i zabeležio više nego značajne rezultate u svakoj od njih. Herbert Kovar has a master degree in Economics from the University of Economics and Business Administration in Vienna as well as a master degree in Law from the University of Vienna. From 1993-1997 he worked as an Assistant at the Institute for Tax, Constitutional and Administrative Law, University of Vienna. Since 1997 he has been working for Auditor Treuhand GmbH (now Deloitte-Osterreich) as a Tax Manager. Mr. Kovar earned his Certi-fied Tax Adviser title in 2001. In 2005 he became CPA, partner of Deloitte-Osterreich. His professional focus includes International and National Tax Planning of Austrian and multinational real es-tate groups and domestic and real estate funds, Mergers & Acqui-sitions, International Taxation, Trusts and Tax Due Diligence. His industry focus includes: Real Estate, Service Industry – financial service companies, as well as Industry & Trade. Mr. Kovar has pub-lished numerous publications, particularly as regards taxation of real estate investments. He was also a speaker at various seminars and professional conferences.

Ralph Zeitlberger was born on January 23, 1972 in Austria. He began his free - lance business carreer in 1993 in Austrian Ener-gy and Environment, continued in Gallop Consulting, Gschwandt-ner SPC GmbH, Austrian National Bank and Eurotech, being main-ly responsible for different IT related projects, i.e. programming of leasing applications, preparing and holding training courses, etc.He joined Raiffeisen Group in 1998 as IT Business Account Man-ager of Raiffeisen Zentral Bank, being central contact person for all business departments concerning IT projects. In 2001, he joined IT Audit Department, being responsible for IT auditing of subsid-iaries of the Group in Austria, and the whole network. In 2004, he joined Raiffeisen Leasing International as Head of Ac-count Management CEE Leasing units, being mainly responsible for IT support of Raiffeisen Leasing International daughter com-panies. Mr. Zeitlberger came to Belgrade in February 2006 and was ap-pointed Managing Director of Raiffeisen Leasing d.o.o. He is re-sponsible for back office, which includes risk, accounting, contract administration and IT. He has a University digree of Business Administration, Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.

Gabriela Tegeltija was born on 25 June 1975. She graduated with honors from University Iberoamericana, Mexico in 1998. From 2005-2006 she worked with Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG on Project Financing and Real Estate. From 2005 till today Mrs. Telgeltija as deputy head of the HVB/Unicredit Real Estate De-partment has participated in the financing of above 150,000 sq. m. in Belgrade including office, residential and retail projects. Of-fering solid financial and legal structures and close cooperation with the client has positioned HVB/Unicredit Group as a pioneer and successful partner in all types of real estate developments in Serbia. From 2001 to 2005 structured and negotiated the develop-ment of 380 hectares of ocean front land in Cancun, Mexico (“Pla-ya Mujeres”) as a real-estate project comprising 7 luxury hotels, 2,000 residential units, 2 golf courses, and one marina of 300 slips. Drafted and enacted the condominium rules and regulations for the entire complex and negotiated with international developers the constructions of first class hotels, residential units and ameni-ties. During this period Mrs. Tegeltija worked together with the En-vironmental Ministry in the drafting of new rules and regulations for real estate developments in the south of Mexico. From 1997 to 2001 worked in international law firms where she participated in the creation of legal strategies in general and in the drafting o agreements for the financing and sale of commercial and residential developments in Mexico such as Torre Mayor the tallest office tower in Latin America.

Gabriela Tegeltija je rođena 25. juna 1975. godine. Diplomi-rala je Pravo sa najvišim ocenama na univerzitetu Iberoamericana u Meksiku. Od 2005. do 2006. radila je pri Bank Austria Credi-tanstalt.Od 2005. godine, gospođa Tegeltija je na čelu Odeljenja za nekret-nine HVB/Unicredit grupe, koje je učestvovalo u finansiranju preko 150,000 kv. metara kancelarijskog, stambenog i prodajnog pros-tora. Od 2001. do 2005. godine je isplanirala i dogovorila razvoj 380 hektara obalskog prostora u Kankunu, u Meksiku (Playa Mujeres), u okviru projekta za izgradnju 7 luksuznih hotela, 2.000 stambenih jedinica, 2 terena za golf i marine za 300 plovila. Napravila i sprove-la pravilnik stambenog prostora u celom kompleksu i dogovo-rila izgradnju prvoklasnih hotela, stambenih jedinica i dodatnog sadržaja sa međunarodnim izvođačima. U tom periodu, gospođa Tegeltija je sa meksičkim Ministarstvom za zaštitu životne sred-ine radila i na nacrtu regulative za razvoj nekretnina na jugu Me-ksika. Od 1997. do 2001. godine radila je za međunarodne pravne kancelarije na izradi ugovora za finansiranje i prodaju stambenog i poslovnog prostora u Meksiku, kao što je “Torre Mayor“, najviša poslovna zgrada u Latinskoj Americi.

Milan Perovic was born in 1971. He graduated from Electro-Technical Facultyin Podgorica and earned his MBA from Manchester Business School (UK).Before joining ING, Milan Perovic had held top executive roles in telecommunications industry for four years. He led the privatiza-tion process of the Montenegrin telecommunication incumbent, worth over Euro 200 million. Milan has a wealth of experience related to the CEE market, gained working for reinsurance brokers in London and later within De-loitte and Touche. As a member of Financial Advisory Group of Deloitte & Touch Central Europe he has been involved in both ad-visory and transaction support work in a variety of engagements since 1999 with principal focus on corporate finance. Milan has an in-depth understanding of commercial dynamic and experience in international transactions in the Central and Eastern European market. Participated in transactions from both buy and sell side, as an advisor and as active member from a buyer or from target side.He is currently advising two Serbian companies on the proposed international public offerings. He holds an electrical engineering degree and a SDA Bocconi MBA degree.

Mike Ahern leads the PwC tax and legal practices in Serbia, Montenegro and Albania. He is also responsible for the tax merg-ers and acquisitions department in Warsaw, Poland. Mike first moved to the CEE region in 1998. In the period 1998 to 2001, he led the Deloittes tax practice in Warsaw. Pursuant to changing to PwC, Mike moved to Belgrade and has spent four years there. Mike is a former president of the Foreign Investors Council of Ser-bia (2004 – 2006). The FIC is an association which brings together the major MNCs. It works with the Government in promoting an investor friendly investment environment.Mike’s career began with Deloittes in Johannesburg, South Africa. Mike is a South African Chartered Accountant, has an MBA from Exeter University (UK), and has passed the exams of the UK Insti-tute of Taxation.

Nenad Bogdanovic was born on May 12, 1954. He graduated from the Belgrade School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade in 1978 and won his master’s degree three years later. In 1989, he was appointed Director of the joint venture of Messrs. GTE Telecommunications and EI Pupin. Two years later, he became a Commercial Manager and the General Manager of the mixed com-pany Alcatel-Pupin Yugoslavia in 1996. He was the vice president of the expert “Government for Belgrade” until September 2000 and the president of the Democratic Party Belgrade City Board. From 2000 to 2004 he was the president of the Belgrade City Council Ex-ecutive Board. Mr. Bogdanovic is a father of two children.

Nenad Bogdanović je rođen 12. maja 1954. godine. Posle završetka matematičke gimnazije upisao se na Elektrotehnički fakultet. Diplomirao je 1978. godine da bi tri godine kasnije i magis-trirao. Godine 1989. imenovan je za direktora zajedničkog ulaganja kompanije GTE Telecomunications i EI Pupin. Dve godine kasnije postao je komercijalni direktor, da bi od 1996. godine bio generalni menadžer mešovitog preduzeća „Alkatel Pupin Jugoslavija’. Bio je i potpredsednik ekspertske „Vlade za Beograd“ DS i GSS u periodu do septembra 2000. i predsednik gradskog odbora Beograd.Od 2000. do 2004. bio je predsednik Izvršnog odbora Skupštine grada Beograda. Otac je dvoje dece.

Djordje Bobic, was born on July 7, 1939. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, Belgrade University in 1965. He complet-ed a Master Course in Urban Planning at the Graduate School of Architecture in 1971, and passed the State Board Exam in 1975. From 1965 to 1968 he attended architectural designing practice in Paris. He worked as an Architect with the Architectural and Urban Planning Institute of Belgrade in the period 1969-1971. From 1972 to 1976 he was an architect with the Urban Development Institute of Belgrade. In the period 1977-1988 he worked as an architect with the MDD Center for Urban Development Planning – CEP of Belgrade. He founded his own office in 1989 where he was an ar-chitect, manager and owner of the Slavija biro Joint Stock Com-pany of Belgrade, until 2004 when he became the City Architect of Belgrade.He was a member of the Urban Planning Committee of the Ex-ecutive Board of Belgrade (1980-1988), and Vice-Chairman of the Committee (1996-2000). As of 2002 to 2004, he was the Chairman of the Expert Council of the Urban Planning Institute of Belgrade, and he has been a member of the Architectural Forms Sub-Com-mittee of the Plans Committee of the City of Belgrade Assembly since 2003. He speaks French and Russian.

Đorđe Bobić, diplomirani inžinjer arhitekture, rođen je 7.7.1939. godine. Diplomirao je na Arhitektonskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu 1965. godine, a 1971. godine završio magistarski kurs Ur-banog planiranja na istom fakutletu. Državni Ispit položio je 1975. godine. U periodu od 1965-1968 pohađao je arhitektonsku praksu u Parzu u Francuskoj. Od 1969-197 radi kao arhitekta u Institutu za arhi-tekturu i urbanizam u Beogradu. Kao arhitekta u Zavodu za izgrad-nju Beograda radi od 1972-1976, a od 1977-1988 kao arhitekta u Centru za planiranje urbanog razvoja – CEP. Svoj arhitektonski biro Slavija biro d.o.o. otvara 1989 i u njemu radi kao direktor do 2004. godine kada postaje Glavni arhitekta grada Beograda. Dobitnik je velike godišnje nagrade Ruske akademije arhitekture 1987. godine i velike srebrne medalje Saveza arhitekata Rusije 1998. godine. Kao član Komisije IO grada Beograda za urbanizam na dužnosti je bio od 1980-1988, a zamenik predsednika IO od 1996 – 2000. Predsednik Stručnog saveta Urbanističkog zavoda u Beogradu od 2002 – 2004, a član Podkomisije za arhitektonsko ob-likovanje Komisije za planove Skupštine grada od 2003 – 2004.Raspolaže aktivnim znanjem francuskog i engleskog jezika i pa-sivnim znanjem ruskog.

David Sim was born on February 7th, 1966 in Dunfermline, Scotland. Well-known in Swedish professional circles as an edu-cator, he has taught at architecture and design schools the world over, while his work at Lund University expanding and developing teaching methods has led to a number of pedagogical awards and distinctions. While in Lund, David also researched and developed patterns for greater density and diversity in urban areas. This re-search has been successfully applied in urban design projects and competitions. David continues his work as an educator at Gehl Architects both with professionals and the public, giving lectures and guest critiques, as well as facilitating workshops and other planning events. His main area of work at Gehl Architects is urban design, collaborating with other professionals in the planning and building process, applying Jan Gehl’s theories to large-scale proj-ects. These projects include master-planning new settlements in Ireland at Cherrywood, Kishoge and Clonburris and in Scotland at An Camus Mor and Calderwood.

David Sim je rođen 7. 2. 1966. u Danfermlinu u Škotskoj. Dobro je poznat u Švedskoj kao predavač, a držao je nastavu u školama arhitekture i dizajna širom sveta, dok mu je rad na razvoju nas-tavnih metoda na Univerzitetu u Lundu doneo brojne nagrade i priznanja u oblasti pedagogije. Dejvid je u Lundu istraživao obrasce za vecu gustinu naseljenosti i raznovrsnosti u urbanim sredinama. To istraživanje je uspešno primenjivano u projektima i takmičenjima za urbani dizajn. Dejvid nastavlja da radi u Gehl Architects kao edukator profesionalaca i šire javnosti, kroz preda-vanja, gostovanja i vođenje radionica i drugih aktivnosti vezanih za urbano planiranje. Glavna oblast njegovog rada u Gehl Architects je urbani dizajn. U saradnji sa stručnjacima iz oblasti planiranja i gradnje, primenjuje teorije Jana Gela u projektima velikog forma-ta. U njih spada i planiranje novih naseobina u Čerivudu, Kišogu i Klonburiju u Irskoj i En Kami Moru i Kaldervudu u Škotskoj.

Since 1990 he has been working throughout Central and East Europe, including the former Soviet Union and the former Yugoslavia. He initiated and developed projects from ground zero both for clients and his own account. His experience includes various disciplines: steel indus-try, privatization projects, corporate and trade finance, telecom-munications, education and property development.Currently, Mr. David Ericson is a Managing Director of Capital Investment and Consultancy doo and a Partner with Engel East Europe NV at Engel Marina Dorcol doo. He is also the Business Manager of the Marina Dorcol Project.

Gili Dekel initiated Airport City Belgrade project in 2002. As C.E.O. and partner in Belgrade project he is also Africa Israel Eu-rope (AFI) Country Manager. Prior to this he successfully led real estate projects such as Jordan Gateway and Airport City Ben Gurion. Mr.Dekel holds BA in Economics and Political Studies from Bar Ilan University -Israel and MA in Human Resources Development – New Mexico, USA.

Robert John Snow was born in 1951 in Sheffield. He holds BSc in Building Technology and Management from the Majesty Uni-versity, Manchester.He is the CEO at GTC International Developments. Working with GTC since 2000, he has established and successfully lead GTC of-fices in Hungary and Serbia. He also developed portfolio of nine offices and was involved in residential developments in both mar-kets. He was elected 2006 Personality of the Year in the filed of real estate market in Hungary.

Robert John Snow je rođen 1951. godine u Šefildu. Diplomirao je u oblasti građevinske tehnologije i menadžmenta sa Univerz-iteta Majesty u Mančesteru. Direktor je GTC International Devel-opments. U kompaniji GTC je zaposlen od 2000. godine. Od samog osnivanja uspešno vodi kancelarije GTC Mađarska i GTC Srbija. Razvio je portfolio od devet kancelarija i bio zaslužan za razvoj stambenog sektora na oba tržišta. Proglašen je za Ličnost godine 2006. u oblasti tržišta nekretnina u Mađarskoj.

Sanja Todorovic was born on July 11, 1971 in Niksic, Monte-negro. She studied at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Belgrade Univer-sity. She graduated from the University of Physiotherapy in Igalo, Herceg Novi, Montenegro. Ms. Todorovic gained large experience while running a family business in UK (Razzmatazz International ltd) as well as running a family business in Montenegro.She has been working for Someplace Else since its establishment in Montenegro in 2005.She is married with two children.

Sanja Todorović je rođena 11. 07. 1971. u Nikšiću. Studirala je na Farmaceutskom fakultetu u Beogradu, a diplomi-rala na Fakultetu primenjene fizioterapije u Igalu, Herceg Novi. Poseduje višegodišnje iskustvo u vođenju porodičnog biznisa u Velikoj Britaniji (Razzmatazz International ltd) kao i porodičnog biznisa u Crnoj Gori. U kompaniji Someplace Else je od njegovog osnivanja u Crnoj Gori, tačnije od aprila 2005. godine. Sanja je udata i ima dvoje dece.

Zarko Radulovic was born on October 25, 1954 in Kotor where he completed his primary and secondary education and a college. Zarko sailed for nineteen years on transatlantic ships. In 1990 he retired as a captain. In 1991 he started working for Montenegro Express travel agency as the head of their Kotor office. In 1998 he was one of the founders of a private travel agency Meridian in Kotor. He was also one of the founders of a Kotor-based company Globemarine.Mr. Radulovic founded Hotel Group Montenegro Stars in 2003. Since then he has been involved in buying, constructing and re-furbishing hotels. Hotel Montenegro was refurbished in 2004 and awarded 4 stars. Mr. Radulovic established another four-star hotel - Blue Star. In 2005 he started construction of a new hotel - Splen-did. The hotel is recognized as an established hotel facility in the whole region.

Žarko Radulović je rođen 25. 10. 1954. u Kotoru gde je završio osnovnu, srednju i višu školu. Plovio je devetnaest godina na prekookeanskim brodovima do 1990. godine kada je završio kari-jeru kao kapetan. Od 1991. godine radi u turističkoj agenciji Mon-tenegro express kao šef poslovnice u Kotoru. Od 1998. godine sa partnerima otvara privatnu turističku agenciju Meridian u Kotoru, koja je danas njegovo vlasništvo. Sa partnerom iz Rijeke otvara agenciju za ukrcaj pomoraca Globemarine u Kotoru. Osnovao je i Hotel Group Montenegro Stars sa sedištem u Kotoru 2003. godine. Od tada se bavi projektom kupovine tri hotela, njihovom adaptaci-jom i izgradnjom. Godine 2004. rekonstruisan je hotel Montenegro koji je dobio 4 zvezdice. Iste godine otvara se drugi hotel Blue Star sa takođe 4 zvezdice. Gradnja potpuno novog hotela Splendid počinje 2005. godine. Ovaj hotel prepoznat je kao referentni objekat te vrste ne samo u Crnoj Gori već i u celom regionu.

Miomir Mugosa was born on 23 July 1950 in Cetinje. He com-pleted his secondary education in Podgorica. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade. Mr. Mugosa worked at the Medical Institute Titograd as a doc-tor with First Aid Service. He was an Acting Manager of Clinical Center of Montenegro from 1996 to 1997. From 1991 to 1998 he was the Minister of Health and Environment of the Republic of Montenegro. He was also the Minister of Labor and Social Care of the Republic of Montenegro. Mr Mugosa has been the Mayor of Podgorica since 2000. He is also a member of the Main Board of Democratic Socialist Party (DPS). He speaks Russian and English.

Miomir Mugoša je rođen 23. jula 1950. godine na Cetinju. Osnovnu školu i gimnaziju završio je u Podgorici, a Medicinski fakultet u Beogradu.Miomir Mugoša je radio u Hitnoj službi Doma zdravlja i na Hirurškoj klinici Kliničkog centra Crne Gore. Obavljao dužnost direktora Kliničkog centra Crne Gore u periodu 1996-1997. Gradonačelnik Mugoša je ministar sa najdužim stažom u Vladi Crne Gore - od 1990. do novembra 2000. godine nalazio se na položaju ministra zdravlja, sa izuzetkom tri meseca koje je proveo na dužnosti min-istra rada i socijalnog staranja. Član je Glavnog odbora DPS. Govori ruski i engleski jezik.

Milivoje Antic has worked as a Manager for Mc Leod’s Office, Washington D.C., USA since 1990. In 1993 he was appointed Can-didate, Adviser and a Foreign Investments Consultant at a Real Estate Agency Znak Grada, Belgrade, Serbia. In 2002 he was ap-pointed Secretary General of the Citizens Association for Restitu-tion of Confiscated Properties and Human Rights, Serbia. In 2003 he founded the Initiative Board of the First Citizens Initiative for preparing a draft law on property restitution in Serbia directly initiated by the citizens. In 2004 he became a coordinator and co-founder of the Network for Restitution in Serbia – Coalition of indenpendent NGO’s in Serbia. Since 2006 he has been a member of the Executive Committe of the International Union of Property Owners (UIPI) Brussels, Belgium.

Aleksandar Zavisic was born on July 27, 1974. His working ex-perience includes four years at various managerial positions for several companies. Since September 2005, Mr. Zavisic has been engaged as a Country Manager with Ocean Atlantic International. In 2001, Mr. Zavisic received the annual Freedom House Award in Washington DC.

Milica Cubrilo was born on December 29, 1969 in Tunisia. She graduated from Université de Paris II - Panthéon-Assas in 1992. She earned her master degree in Law and Antropology majoring in African Law from Université de Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne in 1994. In the period 1995-1997 she worked as a legal advisor and antropologist for the World Bank and French Ministry of Inter-national Cooperation. In the period 1999-2000, Mrs. Cubrilo was a VIP Manager for Rallye Paris-Dakar, Paris. She also worked as a Le Figaro’s correspondent for the Balkans. Mrs. Cubrilo was also employed in Radio France Internationale, Le Temps and Le Point. From 2003 to 2006 she was a Director of the National Tourist Orga-nization of Serbia. She was responsible for Serbia’s promotion as a tourist destination at all relevant international tourism fairs. From September to December 2006, Mrs. Cubrilo worked for USAID as an advisor for development of regional tourism on the Balkans. She is currently engaged as an advisor to the Media Center in Bel-grade responsible for promotion of Belgrade and Serbia at the IPI Congress (International Press Institute).

Bila je odgov-orna za celokupnu promociju Srbije kao turističke destinacije na svim bitnim međunarodnim sajmovima turizma. Od septembra do decembra 2006. godine gospođa Čubrilo je radila kao savetnik za razvoj regionalnog turizma na Balkanu za USAID. Milan Elezovic was born in 1965. He earned his BSc in Econom-ics and master degree in Banking, from the Belgrade University. He also earned MSc in Finance and Investment from the Exeter University, England. He has more than ten years of investment banking experience in advising clients on raising funding, disposals and acquisitions in Central and South-Eastern Europe. He was engaged in notable transactions in former Yugoslavia including: advising on the sale of Vojvodjanska banka to National Bank of Greece, Delta banka to Banca Intesa, Delta Osiguranje to Generali, Lek to Novartis, Meri-ma to Henkel, Zorka Pharma to Hemofarm, Zdravlje to Actavis. He was also involved in international equity offerings and listings on the London Stock Exchange of SKB Banka and BTC, as well as the issuance of two Eurobonds for Nova Kreditna banka Maribor.

Jovica Jakovac, General Manager at Colliers Serbia joined Col-liers two years ago. He graduated from the Temple University in Pennsylvania and got his MA at the Vilanova University, PA. Živeći u SAD 13 godina, Jovica je stekao iskustva u menadžmentu, marketingu, planiranju, odnosima sa medijima i pregovaranju.Uz njegovo ogromno iskustvo sa klijentima u SAD, Jovica je doneo svoje znanje i novi pogled na odnose sa klijentima Colliersovom timu u Srbiji.

Dr Petar Ivanovic, CEO of the Montenegrin Investment Promo-tion Agency. Dr Petar Ivanovic is persistent proponent of lower taxes, flat rate, deregulation and free trade. Since March 2005, Dr Ivanovic is running Montenegrin Invest-ment Promotion Agency (MIPA) which operates under the Prime Minster Office. Recently he was appointed as a Vice President of Hypo-Alpe-Adra Group in Montenegro.Ivanovic is one of the founders of the Group 17, and together with Professor Veselin Vukotic, founded the Center for Entrepreneur-ship and Economic Development in 1994, the Institute for Stra-tegic Studies and Prognoses in 1998 and the Center for Applied Research and Analysis in 2002. Ivanovic is also founder and Vice-President of the first private chamber of commerce - Montenegro Business Alliance and co-president of US-Montenegrin Business Council. Dr Ivanovic is honorary citizen of the Indianapolis, USA, holder of the license to trade futures and he is lecturing at the University of Montenegro. He is member of the Global Development Network and listed on Heritage Foundation expert list. He published three books, one textbook and over 90 articles. He is president of the Montenegro Tennis Association. Dr Ivanovic is married, and has two sons (Luka and Sava).

Petar Ivanović je jedan od vodećih zagovornika smanjenja poreza, uvođenja proporcionalnih stopa oporezivanja, deregulacije i slobodne trgovine.Od marta 2005. godine dr Ivanović rukovodi Agencijom Crne Gore za promociju stranih investicija (MIPA) koja radi u okviru kancel-arije Premijera. Pre nekog vremena naimenovan je za potpredsed-nika Hypo-Alpe-Adria Group u Crnoj Gori. Ivanović je jedan od osnivača Grupe 17 i zejedno sa profesorom Veselinom Vukotićem 1994. godine osnovao je Centar za preduzetništvo i ekonomski raz-voj, Institut za strateške studije i prognoze 1998. godine i Centar za aplikativna istraživanja i analize 2002. godine. Ivanović je takođe i osnivač i potpredsenik prve privatne privredne komore - Mon-tenegro Business Alliance i kopredsednik Američko-crnogorskog poslovnog saveta.Dr Ivanović je počasni građanin Indijanopolisa, USA i predavač na Univerzitetu u Crnoj Gori. Član je Global Development Network i na ekspertskoj je listi Heritage Foundation. Objavio je 3 knjige i preko 90 članaka. Predsednik je Crnogorske teniske asocijacije. Oženjen je i ima dva sina, Luku i Savu.
