The Dealer books a table or a VIP room with MECS+R for 2 days. The table or room is used as a private meeting place for the Dealer and his invites. The Dealer needs to present a list of companies he/she wants to meet or select from the list of attendees or membership database of MECS+R. The MECS+R will then arrange an appointment to get them on the same table for 30 minutes or more of business discussion. A total of 10 guaran-teed meetings can be arrange in two full days. Maximizing time to meet a year’s work and meetings in only two days. The Dealer if he wishes can also use the area for his/her own internal meetings.
