For a period of five (5) years from the Purchase Date (the “Warranty Period”), Dynabook warrants this Product to be free from material defects in workmanship and material that result in the Product failing under normal and proper usage, subject to the conditions stated herein, for the earlier of : (a) the limited warranty period, beginning on the date the product was purchased in its original sealed packaging; or (b) the period ending on the date when the product has exceeded its TBW (Total Bytes Written) as shown in the specifications of this product. DEPENDING ON USAGE CONDITIONS, A PRODUCT MAY WEAR OUT BEFORE THE EXPIRATION OF THE STATED TIME PERIOD IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD, AS SPECIFIED IN ITS STATED TBW.
