• Each customer needs to order the “R-” part for the software image − This will provide the link for electronic download of the product software − When adding additional “L-” licenses, additional R- image parts are not ordered − There are PAKs required that are also in the R- order, so it is required once for each installation
• Upgrades are offered in two forms: 1. A no-charge software license paid for by a 3 or 5 year software subscription 2. A traditional upgrade offered at 50-70% discount, depending on the version to be upgraded 3. Number 2 is a better deal, if the customer is a UCSS customer and normally purchases UCSS for
UC. 4. Number 1 is available for prospects that are not able to purchase software subscription for the
required 3 or 5 year term.
