  • SITE SELECTION CRITERIA ZONING AND LAND USE CLASSIFICATION

    Classification shall be Residential as defined underapproved CLUP

    TOPOGRAPHY AND SOIL CHARACTERISTICS Must be relatively flat (or filling requirement forrolling terrain shall not exceed max cost) Slopes should not exceed 15% max gradient.
