B R E A K FA S T | Breakfast will be enjoyed at your leisure.

M O R N I N G | You will participate in a bakery workshop lead by Vik Retreats’ pastry chef, followed by a visit to Manantiales and La Barra to further immerse yourself in the culture of the area.

L U N C H | Lunch will be offered at the premier Fish Market, followed by a visit to the Atchugarry Foundation.

A F T E R N O O N | An afternoon yoga class will provide the ideal outlet to unwind. Reflexology and massages will also be available if they are of interest.

D I N N E R | You will learn to make a traditional Uruguayan Asado, enjoying the delicious variety of Uruguayan grass fed meats and the freshest, seasonal produce. Following dinner, you will enjoy a farewell toast, raising your glass in celebration of the perfect getaway.

DAY 2

B R E A K FA S T | Following breakfast, a guided visit will be offered to visit the local fishermen for the catch of the day.

M O R N I N G | A stroll along the serene roads of José Ignacio will provide a relaxing start to your morning, while giving you a look into the bohemian-chic village and its vibrant culture.

L U N C H | A ceviches, tiraditos & cold soups class will be offered at La Susana, José Ignacio’s chicest restaurant and beach club, where you can taste each of the delicious dishes made during the workshop.

A F T E R N O O N | After lunch, you will spend a soothing afternoon at Playa La Juanita, home to La Susana, while enjoying a one hour massage.

S U N S E T | Playa Vik will host a cocktail workshop as the sun begins to set, allowing you to sip a delicious libation while taking in what is said to be the best sunset on the planet.

D I N N E R | Following cocktails, you will enjoy a BBQ at Playa Vik with fish fresh from the ocean.

DAY 1

A R R I VA L | Transfer to Estancia Vik José Ignacio

M O R N I N G | Start your day with a walking tour to explore Estancia Vik, followed by a meeting with Executive Chef of Vik Retreats Marcelo Betancourt, who will discuss the dining concept at the properties, which celebrates traditional Uruguayan fare. Then enjoy an organic garden harvest and bike tour to the lake.

L U N C H | A picnic lunch, featuring fresh produce from the garden, will be arranged for you to enjoy in the open fields. Following, you will enjoy canoeing on the river and Laguna José Ignacio.

A F T E R N O O N | You will have the option to horseback ride or mountain bike along the farm roads at Estancia Vik to O33, where you will be immersed in the olive oil production process and enjoy an olive oil tasting.

S U N S E T | A wine tasting, featuring our iconic VIK wine, will be hosted in the wine cellar. You will also enjoy additional tastings of Estancia Vik and a Uruguayan white wine.

D I N N E R | You will indulge in a delicious dinner at La Huella restaurant, on La Brava Beach.
