The Fleet Department requested that an IFB be released for On-Call Body Shop Services for the first

time in 2019. Purchasing released the IFB on January 29, 2019, and opened the responses on

February 20, 2019 - at which time only one response was received from Disharoon Automotive.

Advertisement was placed in the paper and posted on the normal websites. An award for services was

made to Disharoon for 2019, 2020 and 2021. All renewals will be exhausted by December 31, 2021.

An IFB was released on August 11, 2021, for this work. The county received 1 bid from Disharoon

Automotive. The time of opening, as with all sealed solicitations, is 10:30 a.m. I received Disharoon

Automotive’ s sealed offer at 12:00 p.m.
