HP Series Electrostatic Oil Mist Collectors joined to our new products, according to the principle of
electrostatic attraction. Hiprun Oil mist filtration systems collect and filter industrial pollutants such as
unbreathable gas, oil mist in the air due to many various machining operations.

separate oil particles in the air and clean
air according to the electrostatic adsorption
principle with the collection efficiency more

If the pollutants such as oil mist and oil smoke in the industrial pollution gas are shown in the below
figure, under the action of the centrifugal fan, the pollution gas containing the oil mist particles passes

Standart plastic hoses are very flexible coolant lines. Besides, they offer only limited operational
reliability and are often effected by vibrations or chips and the coolant can not flow directly to the right
point you need where it is useful. It can also cause machine downtime and tooling damage which are
expensive and can be avoided.
With Hiprun stainless steel hoses the cooling oil can flow directly to the right point. The position of
hoses can also be adjusted due to your machining even under heavy chipping and vibration. This
system can be used depending on component selection over 100 bar.
