UNITS BY CONSTRUCTION STATUS
Over the 2 year period from 2018 through 2019, approximately 1,341 apartment units across 17 properties were delivered to Davis and Weber County. There are 26 new properties currently under construction, totaling 3,107 units. Another 7 properties totaling 529 units are in construc-tion lease-up.
21 new apartment projects totaling 3,075 units have been approved to begin construction soon. 25 other properties have been proposed by de-velopers, consisting of 3,687 units, and are pend-ing approval.
This year we expect 1,315 units to be delivered with approximately 2,522 units to follow in 2021 and 2,371 units in 2022.
