Exxon Mobil Security Upgrade Project - Offshore Nigeria: Responsible for running all aspects of a 35- person multinational Instrumentation department of engineers and designers. Responsible for Project Management and Instrumentation system coordination and design of a Security System involving radar detection, long range cameras and vessel tracking transponder systems and data fusion to detect, deter and delay potential intruders to Client’s offshore assets. Scope included CCTV and Microwave Intruder detection; Hardened Safe Havens and Physical Barriers. Tasks included schedule review, man loading planning, hours and budget control and personnel resources; liaison with Structural and Electrical Engineering and QA/QC, Procurement and planning disciplines.
