Initiated review of sublease pass throughs and identified over $400,000 of savings and uncollected revenue in QCC’s income lease portfolio.

Real Estate Coordinator, ROC Properties, 2001 to 2002: Developed financing packages for commercial portfolio (MS Office), analyzed acquisition and disposition scenarios (Argus), tracked property performance and accounting (Yardi), managed company’s business services department. Transaction Manager, CRESA Partners Denver, 1996 to 2000: Managed all phases of tenant representation process; Acquisition (Lease, Purchase) and Disposition (Subleasing). Participated in marketing (both web and print based), directed advertising and contact management (ACT, Lotus Notes, Maximizer), prepared presentations (Power Point), drafted exclusive agreements, coordinated research (COSTAR, DMCAR DPD, Officespace.com), set-up and conducted tours, researched and wrote fair market assessments, drafted RFPs and LOIs, performed financial analysis (PROCALC, EXCEL), prepared lease comments, negotiated terms and assisted clients in space programming / planning. Director of Research and Financial Analysis, Trammell Crow Company / Iliff, Thorn & Company, 1992 to 1996: Directed all research, financial analysis and presentation aspects of company’s commercial real estate proposals for the Denver office; resulting in numerous successful proposals that encompassed Tenant, Landlord, Buyer & Seller Representation, as well as Real Estate Audit consultations and Build-to-Suit packages.

Managed staff and budgets of Research and Graphics Departments. Provided research and graphics for all computerized on-screen presentations. Supervised expansion of Trammell Crow Company’s Research Department and created a new Graphics Department, including the purchase and / or lease of new equipment including a fiery system, and software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Expanded in-house graphics capability, provided graphics services for other Trammell Crow offices, thereby reducing out sourcing costs and improving output quality on a nationwide scale.
