GENERAL INFORMATIONTOUR RATES INCLUDE: Roundtrip transportation on a modern, climate controlled, lavatory & DVD equipped motorcoach, admissions, sightseeing,meals as listed on individual itineraries, taxes & gratuities except for tour guides & bus drivers. Rates published for one day tours are based on a min-imum of 44 paid passengers per coach, the 45th & 46th passengers are complimentary. Multi-day tour rates are for double occupancy unless otherwisenoted and are based on a minimum of 40 paid passengers per coach, the 41st & 42nd passengers are complimentary. Rates are subject to the availabilityof certain hotels and the season of the year. Single, triple and quad rates are available upon request. Rates are valid for departures from the Philadelphiaarea. Call for rates for departures from other areas. The seating capacity on our motorcoaches is 26, 34, 40, 47, 49, 54 and 56 passengers. The seatingcapacity on our air-conditioned school buses is 50 passengers. We reserve the right to impose a fuel surcharge on tours listed in this brochure if fuelprices rise above the prices on 10/31/16, the time this brochure was published.

DEPOSITS: ONE DAY TOURS: $400.00 deposit per coach is required. Second Deposit of $25.00 per person is required (60) days prior. Additional deposits may be required for show packages or special events.

MULTI DAY TOURS: $200.00 deposit per coach, per day is required. Second Deposit of $50.00 per person is required (90) days prior. Additional deposits may be required for hotels, attractions, etc. Deposits are due 4

weeks after booking unless otherwise notified by our office.

PAYMENTS: ONE DAY TOURS: Final payment is due 30 days prior to trip unless otherwise notified by our office. MULTI DAY TOURS: 50% of balance is due 60 days prior to departure date. Final payment & rooming list are due 30 days prior to departure date unless otherwise notified by our office. There will be a $30.00 charge for any changes in departure or arrival home time, pickup location, passenger counts or rooming list changes within fourteen (14) days of your trip.

CANCELLATIONS: ONE DAY TOURS: Deposits on transportation portion of the tour ($200.00 minimum) are refundable if notice is received in our office four (4) weeks prior to trip date. Additional monies held on deposit are refundable subject to the amount of funds that are recoverable from other suppliers such as restaurants, theatres, boat lines, tour guides, etc. MULTI DAY TOURS: There is a ($300.00 minimum) cancellation fee for any overnight motorcoach tour that is cancelled. Refunds on additional monies held on deposit are subject to the amount of funds that are recoverable from other suppliers such as hotels, restaurants, tour guides, attractions, etc. No refunds will be made within thirty (30) days of departure date.

BAGGAGE: Each passenger is permitted to bring one large piece of luggage for storage in the baggage compartment. Also one small overnight bag is permitted per person, which can be stored in the overhead racks of the bus.

INSURANCE: Cancellation, accident, and personal property insurance is available to all tour passengers from our tour office at a nominal cost. We recommend such additional coverage for your protection.
