David Colister, a 30-year network marketing veteran and fast-
growth strategist, declines new client offers and top corporate
roles to become a Life Force®
Member.
With David Colister’s remarkable consulting track record for helping MLM companies (like Mannatech,
Inc.®, YTB®, and ViSalus Sciences®) find their “secret recipe” for exponential growth, this “MLM
philosopher” could take his pick of clients for high-paying contracts. Instead, he chooses to take
advantage of the recent Life Force company redesign as a network marketer.
San Diego, CA, June 1, 2012: Life Force, a 28-year-old,
multimillion-dollar, multinational nutritional network
marketing company, based in Poway, California,
announces that veteran MLM strategist, David Colister,
chooses to build a sales and marketing team over
accepting a leading corporate role at the company‟s
worldwide headquarters. Mr. Colister began his consulting
role with Life Force in March, 2011. In Fall of 2011, Mr.
Colister and (now retired) CEO, Wayne Hillman,
brainstormed the founding of the Life Force Dream
Academy, an intensive training center for network
marketers. Colister accepted the role of Dream Academy
Chancellor and training architect. Mr. Hillman states, “I
wanted our Members to have the best training in the
industry and discovered that there were no official MLM
training centers in existence. So, we decided to bring „The
Professor‟ to Life Force.” Mr. Colister will continue to serve
as the Dream Academy‟s Chancellor as well as a
corporate consultant to help guide the company into, and
through, its exponential growth phase.
The Long Journey Home
In the $132 billion network marketing industry where 87.7
million work-from-home entrepreneurs race to ascend the
ladder of success, and where easy money for top
consultants and trainers seems to grow on trees, this
industry veteran chooses to start over on the bottom rung.
Over 30 years ago, 20-year-old art student, David Colister,
worked as a hospital janitor when a medical professional
introduced him to network marketing. It took him over a
decade to climb into the top industry ranks as a network
marketer, trainer, and top corporate executive. Now,
however, he looks back at career in which billions of dollars
in combined revenue were generated and millions of
people recruited into the ranks by the MLM corporate
clients who secured his services. With this track record, Mr.
Colister could practically write his own check in this
industry. With offers abounding from competitive
companies for lucrative consulting contracts and speaking
engagements, he chose instead to return to his roots as a
network marketer and build a downline with Life Force from
scratch, a move that surprised many industry insiders.
“It was never my intention to become a corporate-side
MLM consultant,” states Colister, “I just wanted to be a
successful network marketer.” He adds, “Company owners
would learn that I was hiding among their distributor ranks,
rush me to their corporate boardroom, give me a fancy
corporate title, and hand over the marketing keys to their

kingdom in hopes that I could help them catch the kind of
exponential growth that eludes most MLMs.”
Helping a network marketing company engineer record-
breaking success just one time is rare among industry
consultants. Doing so over and again for different
companies with vastly different products and cultures, and
with a flawless consulting success rate, is virtually unheard
of in our industry. Paul Devlin, respected no-nonsense
industry analyst and Life Force Crown Diamond, states,
“David’s resume is one of the best I have ever seen. In
fact, I do not know of another consultant in this industry
that has the same unique combination of success on the
field side combined with success in turning companies
around at the corporate side. I would estimate that there
are less than 10 people in the world with a comparable
resume for Network Marketing.”
After working for a year with the founders, executive team,
and top field leaders on a redesign of the company‟s
growth strategies it was obvious that a shift in David‟s role
was developing. The “Hillman Inner Sanctum”, which
consists of Wayne and Gerri Hillman (co-Chairs of the
Board), Marjorie Lynn (President and newly-instated CEO),
Kathy Meadows (VP Human Resources), and Iain Bratt
(Executive Vice President and CFO) invited Mr. Colister to
join them in the Hillman Inner Sanctum and take a top
corporate position. After presenting David with a lucrative
offer and the kind of long-term opportunity that only a 28-
year-old company can, Mr. Colister had much to consider.
He accepted the offer to join the Hillman Inner Sanctum,
but declined the corporate role. He told them that he
preferred a more lucrative position in the company, that of
being a Life Force Member. (This is the same position that
everyone can take when joining Life Force as a network
marketer.) Wayne Hillman could not have been more
pleased and later disclosed that this was his secret
ambition for Mr. Colister all along.
Colister states, “I‟ve searched for this company for 30
years. All I ever really wanted was a healthy network
marketing opportunity to call home.” The silvery-haired
industry veteran further states, “Finding that home was
tougher than one might expect. Money was never my
primary goal. A lot of companies offer that. I sought more
depth of character and long-term dependability. The right
company would be financially solid with high integrity and a
proven executive team guiding it. Products with genuine
value to improve humanity and a strong international
appeal were high on my wish list, too. Then there are the
proper compensation and marketing plans that make for
smooth sailing during a shift into rapid growth, as not all
company‟s scale effectively in rapid growth. Finally, but
more important to me than any other factor, is the
company‟s corporate and field culture. Until Life Force
appeared on the horizon no other company possessed the
unique set of qualities that matched my personal
requirements for my network marketing home.”
After a year of investigating Life Force from the inside and
out David says that he feels like he is the luckiest network
marketer in the world. After hundreds of high-level
meetings with the officers, executive team, and top
producers he declares, “I have never heard one lie told.
That, in itself, is one of the greatest testimonies of integrity
to me. Integrity matters, not just on a personal level, but on
an operational level, as well. Integrity at the top deeply
affects both the corporate and field culture, which in turn
determines a company‟s staying power. The Life Force
culture is amazing! With all those factors lock in place, my
decision to build a downline in Life Force was a no-brainer.
I simply could not miss out on this ride! Life Force is just
now entering its „sweet spot‟ and will take its rightful place
as a preeminent brand in our $132 billion industry. My
dream is to build the kind of downline that all networkers
dream about and when I do I know that Life Force still will
be there, standing strong so that I can pass my passive
income onto my heirs as a legacy asset. Every business
professional seeking passive income or new career path,
especially my professional network marketing colleagues,
should take a good, long look at joining the new Life Force.
This company‟s market share will explode over the next
few years and scores of new field millionaires will emerge
with them. I just put my money where my mouth is and let
me tell you, it feels great to finally be home.”
David Colister lives with his
movie industry wife, Mimi Palazon,
