Served as the Lead Civil Designer for the Levy County Nuclear project in Florida. Designated as InRoads Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Charlotte, NC office (1,700 persons) Supervised and trained other designers in use of MicroStation and InRoads and organized InRoads

civil software training for entire Civil Department Created and maintained 3D grading models for proposed Levy Nuclear Station site in Levy County

Florida, and W.S. Lee Nuclear Station site located near Gaffney, SC. Leveraged Bentley InRoads software to design grading improvements, site roads, drainage features,

and underground utility trenches. Interacted with engineering staff to coordinate design requirements and worked closely with

Civil/Structural Engineers and personnel from other disciplines to achieve scheduled tasks. Developed grading models for entire project sites, created drawings for site plans and detailed design

for each project Provided design support on three different nuclear power plants at the same time, while also working

with new hires to bring them up to speed. Responded in a timely manner to emergent work requests from the client, while accomplishing

scheduled activities on time Authored Conceptual Design Package documents and Technical Reports for two site-specific

underground systems in the W.S. Lee nuclear project: the DRS System (Storm Drainage) and the SDS System (Sanitary Sewer).

Parsons Corporation Raleigh, NC Roadway Designer, May 2002 – May 2006 Provided support to client projects and office staff Developed full-color public hearing maps Created roadway construction drawings, including typical sections, detail drawings, pipe schedules,

plans & profiles, cross sections, traffic control, construction phasing, erosion control, temporary & permanent pavement marking, and signing plans.

Served many clients, including North Carolina Department of Transportation, Town of Cary, NC, Town of Clayton, NC, City of Greensboro, NC and the City of Kinston, NC.

Dewberry Design Group Tulsa, OK Civil Engineering Technician, October 1999 – April 2002 Supported engineering staff on various design projects while using MicroStation, and Eagle Point civil

design application Participated in the design of regional infrastructure projects, including roadway design, site

development, airport expansion, electrical, wastewater and storm sewer expansion, detention ponds, residential subdivisions, and downtown revitalization

Served many clients, including Oklahoma DOT, City of Tulsa, Tulsa Airport Authority, Tulsa Port of Catoosa, and Tulsa Community College

NC Department of Transportation Raleigh, NC Transportation Technician, October 1997 – July 1999 Exercised basic principles of Roadway Design while working with engineers to create construction

drawings for bridge relocation projects in North Carolina Learned the basics of MicroStation and GEOPAK on the job, later receiving formal classroom training

for the use of these products
