As you will see from my resume I have enjoyed a 17-year career with Cox Automotive. I have had the opportunity to work my way through various positions from location, market and regional Human Resource leadership roles. The last two years I spent with them I expanded my business acumen as a senior leader of a small start-up company. What a great experience and a chance to round out my knowledge of many other facets of business. Since leaving Cox Automotive at the end of 2015, I relocated to St. Pete and took an intentional six-month recalibration period to enjoy life, volunteer and get plugged in to the community. This past spring, I successfully graduated from a 10-week Entrepreneruial Academy program through the St. Pete Greenhouse which includes a one-year membership to St. Pete Chamber of Commerce. I have also enjoyed and attended various learning and networking events through organizations and events such as, International Coaching Federation (ICF), Association of Talent Development (ATD), Gasparilla Interactive 2-day conference, USF 2 nd Annual HR Collaborative Forum, Tampa Bay Business Owner, Suncoast Business Leaders and St. Pete Chamber of Commerce. In late June I launched a business, Positive Infusion, LLC, focused on business coaching and a leadership development program targeting newer supervisors and managers ‘Management Boot Camp’. Six months in, unfortunately like many entrepreneurs, I am realizing business ownership may not be for me. This experience has given me many positive learnings about myself and the entrepreneur world. With my extensive human resource background, hands-on experience and given my ability to connect with individuals and work through people challenges, I am looking forward to my second career chapter with a great company, is that with you?
