a) In case you do not receive the Admit Card by 25 th May, 2013 , please obtain Duplicate Admit Card bysending Rs.200/- draft along with self addressed stamped Rs. 5/- envelope or Rs. 250/- Draft in case required

by Registered Post/ speed Post/Courier.

b) Admit card for students who have been intimated the arrears due from them will be issued only after receipt

of the arrears.c) Please note that the result will be withheld if financial dues reflected in the acknowledgement card or

intimated otherwise are not received in Societys headquarters.

d) While corresponding on any subject with the Society Headquarters, Candidate must give theregistration No., Correspondence address and phone/mobile number in the application.

e) For seeking any clarifications regarding Admit Card, Result Sheet etc. you must give your RegistrationNumber, Roll Number, Exam session and Exam Centre.

f) No request for change of address for dispatching Result Sheet will be entertained after 31 st July, 2013
