     TM01

    Downhole sensors of Triol Corporation are specially de-

    signed to monitor oil well and ESP operation parameters

    with its further transfer to VSD controller. Telemetry sen-

    sors help to optimize oil production and protect ESP in-

    stallation. Motor temperature sensors can easily operate

    under a wide range of temperatures, that’s why they are

    called reliable and secure.

    Pump monitor sensors help to optimize and facilitate

    operation process for Customer convenience. It allows

    reducing oil wells down time, getting actual information

    about the well operation and its immediately analyzing.

    Downhole system provides total control and safe opera-

    tion of the dual ESP installation.

    The downhole sensor system is a set of equipment for col-

    lecting and processing data over the state of the well and

    optimizing the installation of the submersible pump. Theefficiency of application and, so as well, durability of the

    equipment is mostly dependent on the correct definition

    of technical specifications and selection criteria.

     Advantages of applying Triol Corporation’s

    downhole measuring sensors:

    a) Stainless steel corrosion-resistant downhole unit;

    b) Base oil temperature up to 150 °C (302 F);

    Downhole Sensor Extension  with

    the temperature and uid pressuremeasurement at the pump dischargeprovides ESP operaonal modes con-trol and pump technical parametersevaluaon. It also allows avoidingsaline deposit at the ESP workingbodies.

    2. TM01 Downhole Sensor Extension (TM01-05) with the temperature and fluid pressuremeasurement at the pump discharge provides ESP operational modes control and pump

    technical parameters evaluation. It also allows avoiding saline deposit at the ESP working bodies.

    3. TM01 Downhole Sensor Thru shaft (TM01-06) can be easily integrated in the dual ESP installation. It

    operates under the pressure of 500 atm (7 348 psi). The use of this downhole system provides total control and

    safe operation of the dual ESP installation, increases nonfailure operating time and reduces energy consump-

    tion on the fluid lifting.

    1. Triol TM01 Downhole Sensor Basic (TM01).

    Currently Triol TM is compatible with the following sizes of ESP:

    • 96, 103, 117, 130 — for motors by most producers;

    • A450 — downhole sensor for docking with ESP made in the USA, Centrilift series 450, 562, 725;

    • C450 — downhole sensor for docking with the ESP Reliant Series 450, made in China;

    • A375 — downhole sensor for docking with ESP made in the USA, Centrilift 375 series.

    Surface panel specification

    Triol TM surface panel is characterized by im-

    proved protection compared with the baseline per-formance. It is suitable for outdoor operation under a wide

    range of temperatures; it reliably acquires data from the downhole

    unit and transfers data to controller of VSD. Triol TM surface panel is lo-

    cated on the outer side of VSD.
