31 May 2010 Absence Module would be removed from current Databases

If you try and go to absence module after this date you will receive an error message

I June 2010 Implementation date of “PHL” All hours must be recorded in the new database. You will no longer be able to input any information dated 1 May 2010 or after in the old databases

5-6 June 2010 Read only users to be upgraded to new database Read only users will not have access to the new system until first week of May 2010 as we are upgrading the administrator terminals first.

6 June 2010 Closure of old databases All hours for may and prior to may must be recorded in the system

From 1 June 2010 Administrators are no longer allowed to key in the Prior month adjustments

All Prior month adjustments (PMA) must be reported on an Prior Month exception report to T & A (Radius Park)

PMA must be signed by Business/terminal manager PMA must be reported to us by fourth day of the new month
